Well, WTH was a moderate hit. It peaked at #11 on Hot100 (and Pop radio)HandsClean wrote:That chart run is laughable.Even Avril Lavigne sold almost double.
Actually GL sold 350k.Jonathan wrote:Are you sure? Goodbye Lullaby sold 313k by January '12 (she wasn't promoting the album anymore).HandsClean wrote:That chart run is laughable.Even Avril Lavigne sold almost double.
Yes, the performance of 'Lotus" outside US is terrible. I don't know what will happen with her career in future but it don't look promising. 300K for 'Lotus" by the end of the year is possible (I'd say 50-50). My prediction is 260-270K by the end of the year.MrLeonix wrote:I think it will take several months for "Lotus" to top the 300K in US while 400K seems impossible ... I guess a Gold certification is out of sight.
and about "GL", I think both albums did pretty bad in US , however "GL" performed stronger than "Lotus" outside the US and passed the 1M mark WW.

it's all about how the label and the artist's team promotes the single. RCA and Christina's team did not push the song because they don't care.stteezy wrote:I am appaled by US radios to be honest, why did they pay jAF dust? It's not like that.greek_boy wrote:it's all about how the label and the artist's team promotes the single.
