I'm from WOLVES so i'm glad they are sitting top of the championship

Super Mick is doing well

I have supported arsenal since 1993 when they won they FA Cup as it was my first memory of club football. Seeing Andy Linhigan head the winner in extra time v Sheffield Wednesday

Wolves always have my support

How old are you if you don't mind me asking? Had the impression you were a slightly older poster, but my memories stem from around then too..

Anders Limpar is, I think, the first player I really remember. I went to games earlier than this but I remember VERY well going to see Arsenal play QPR in the back end of 1994 (in fact it was New Years Eve). My brother was mascot, so we met all the players in the players lounge afterwards (though I'd met them before at the photoshoot at the start of the season). I remember sitting on Ray Parlours knee (I was 8) and talking to Steve Bould over his pint

Incidentally we lost 3-1 but it was the day that John Jensen scored his one and only Arsenal goal! 8-)

Quality^^^

I'm 22
I went to Highbury twice
5-0 v Barnsley in 1997 and 5-1 v Wolves in 2003 Carling Cup

Been to Emirates 3 times (very expensive)

I had the Premier League sticker albums from 1994 to 1997 so i remember Ian Selly, Eddie McGoldrick, Chris Kiwomya, Glenn Helder and Steven Hughes

Hughes was good during 1997-8 double winning season but then went off the map. I know he went to coventry. Might be at Walsall now

I've been to tons of Wolves games

If it was Wolves v Arsenal in Cup final i'd back Wolves as it would mean a lot to the city and Arsenal have won loads and hopefully they would have wrapped up the league title that year, if it was to ever happen!

Gosh that brings back some memories!

I think I met Eddie McGoldrick but my recurring memory of him is blasting a penalty tens of feet in the air during a shoot out..

Glenn Helder I remember, and Chris Kiwomya, though if you'd have asked me to name Arsenal squad members those names would have come to mind.
surname was 'your' :( Stephen Hughes used to be one of my favourite players, I had TOTALLY forgotten him!

I remember Perry Groves from around that time, I definitely met him, and Anders. Ian Wright I met a couple of times, Vince Bartram, Paul Dickov, who was my favourite, but my mates at school used to say his
Memory lane is amazing. Best bit was meeting George Graham at the photoshoot, we didn't see alot of him at QPR apart from in the dugout at the start because he spent ages having a go at the team and when they escaped to the players lounge he didn't come!

I went to Highbury quite alot as a kid, not been to Emirates at all though :( My Mum told me last night she's going to see Wigan next week there - I was like WHAT?! Why aren't I invited?! :( I bet it's amazing. I'm really getting back into it so gonna try and get my brother to get me Carling Cup tickets, league ones are nigh on impossible.

Wow - your so lucky to have met the old boys!

The only one i have ever met was Sir Tony Adams - he signed an autograph for me at one of the England training sessions

I remember Alan Smith v Parma in Cup Winners Cup Final 1994. I had my sticker album out and was looking up all the players as their names got mentioned

I also remember 1995 - i actually looked away as i thought its penalties now. But Seaman messed up big time!

Oh my god I was just talking about that to someone today.. Nayim still haunts my dreams man :( I also struggle with the more recent memories of penalties to Galatasaray and losing the lead to Barcelona in those respective finals..

But yes, that's another early memory.. I don't remember the Parma game but I remember getting a poster from Shoot or Match depicting the win..

Yeah I guess I was lucky but my stepbrother won the chance to be in the photoshoot like three years ago - I'dve preferred to have met that line up including Wenger, and actually remember lots about it!

I'm 29 and I used to go to highbury a lot but like you I've never been to the Emirates. I started going to watch Arsenal during the 89 season...good season to start right. :D

Arsenal played brilliant tonight in the carling cup. :D And thank god we got the right result against United, what a great game that was...so nervous with the 6 minutes injury time. I would have gone crazy if Arsenal had messed up again and United got level.

Great to see these two teams giving a good account of themselves so far. Must admit I didn't see that coming at the start of the season, considering what happened to Derby last season, but fair play to them....Hull especially.

Also think the title race is shaping up to be very interesting this season. My guess is that a 3rd successive title is ultimately going to prove to be just out of reach for Man U, though they'll push the eventual winner all the way. So I think the winner's going to come from my team Chelsea & Liverpool.

Relegation - I think West Brom, but not sure who'll join them. A lot of teams seem much of a muchness so it's really hard to predict at this stage.

Woo hoo hoo!
I didn't expect that comeback. I think we were lucky but we also played well at time - bad pass completion but I think we deserved a point - not complaining with three!

Why can we sock it to United, Chelsea, Porto, Kiev but have issues with Man City, Stoke and Villa?

Sunderland really have been abysmal so far this season. Any team that concedes 4 at home to Bolton are in big, big trouble. I watched them live at the Bridge earlier in the season when we beat them 5-0 & they didn't muster a single goal attempt. They actually spent a lot of money in the summer too, albeit on some Spurs rejects.

Chelsea were a long way from their best today, but probably still deserved a point. Even so, our home form has to improve pretty quickly if we're going to stay in contention for the league. I stand by my opinion that Man U won't retain it this year, so for me it's advantage Liverpool at this stage.

Well, you're clear - just not convincingly. A good weekend for Arsenal - still 8 points off and unlikely to challenge for the title but it's better than 10 as it was before the weekend is out, and it's not unheard of for people to come back from this far back at Christmas to win.

Just wish United and City had at least drawn.

Tonight's result was a let off for us! It seems everytime either Chelsea or Liverpool drop points, the other can't take full advantage of it. Not 1 of the top 4 are firing on all cylinders this season are they? Keeps it interesting anyway....
