I'm glad there seems to be, even if little, but interest in this year's entry and since the Eurovision 2010 is so boring she may have a chance to stand out. :)

@ DC34ever:

Could you please add the second "L" to Satellite in the thread title! Thanks!

The single is currently still the most sold one; along with the song Love me it has sold as many in total as the other nine songs in the top ten combined. Satellite also is on top of the download charts in Austria and Switzerland at the moment, where she is the first German singer to have three songs in the download Top 100 at a time.

I like her. She seems like the girl next door with a serious mental issue (in a positive way). I was in the studio the first time she performed (Adele - My Same) and I swear I said to my friend that she is so gonna make it to Oslo. Happy I was right. Although Jennifer Brauns "I care for you" was catchy as hell and I seriously hope Kelly Clarkson covers it someday.

People, spread the word, Germany has a quality entry this year, unlike the previous two years.

Yeah well, I liked the song by the No Angels, but they really sang quite bad on the live show. It didn't work out nice. And for the last year's entry, I guess it says enough about the song if you need a world known burlesque dancer on stage to fish for points...that really let me down. I like this year's entry better, because it is just natural, hopefully there won't be much distraction from Lena and her way of singing, just like when Max sang, it was just him, his chair and a microphone.

OK. I really like this now!

And this isn't better than "Disappear". The girl has to really work on her enunciation.

Possiblity for being the top seller of the year? :o :o It won't be #1 on the year end chart (oddly enough), but I have a gut feeling for top 5 of 2010. :o

Are the other two songs featured as part of the digital EP for "Satellite"?
It may actually be the first casting song since 2003 to reach the year end #1.
Even 6 days after her release she is still outselling everyone else almost 5:1 on iTunes:

And I think her sales won't even be as front-loaded as the usual DSDS winner singles are.
Don't know if the other songs are counted for "Satellite" or on their own.
:o

Exacly, it sounds like an Aura song. But that's why it sells what it sells now, because Germans love this music style.
