That annoys me. I mean why do some people think that everything has to be messed about with for the sake of it?

Keep the forever changing scenarios for Formula One etc and leave snooker well alone!
I agree! snooker doesnt need to be changed!!

Views on Ronnie's performance yesterday? I thought it was stunning personally. Ok his long potting wasn't up to his usual standard but for the first match I think he could be excused.

The trophy may well be staying in Essex.

Indeed. I'd love Hendry to win an 8th world title. However he needs the confidence and self belief which wasn't always with him on Sunday.

Well if Hendry won his 8th title i would be delighted, very delighted.

However i am going for a Stephen Maguire v John Higgins final, both are heading torwards their top form and will peak in this tournement.

Ronnie looks off form and out of sorts and looks unlikely to peak in this tournement.

Did Ken Doherty qualify this year? It only occured to me yesterday that I hadn't seen him play at all yet he's done a few commentary duties.

Ken Doherty lost in the final qualifying round.

He was a great player but really struggles nowadays,i would love to see him return to the top 16.
