I've NEVER liked Topman if i'm honest, the only think I can remember buying from there is a pair of grey Plimsoles.

I tend to go to Burton, Next or J.D Sports.

Yea I've always been on and off with Topman - some of the stuff in there is alright and I did find a decent tshirt in there last week, but largely it's the same thing just in different colours or styles. They've really gone OTT with the cartoon and logo Tshirts and the basic ones with the buttons are horrid.

I love those missfunkymonks! That would work so well with some skinny jeans or even a blue summery dress! :D

Martin, your fashion taste sounds so good!!! :D
I pretty much think all you said looks great on guys - I think the what is "in" for men at the moment is so so nice.

Yes! They've gone so downhill this year. I remember last Summer they had quite a distinct 'Americanised' look with emblazoned blazer & baseball-style cardigans now it's either too plain or too crazy.

Anyone seen those sweaters they brought out that looked like Space Invaders? :o I was dazed for the rest of that week after I spotted them...

Ahhhh this is my forte.

I love fashion, but I love fashion to be fun, experimental and exciting. I'm not really one for wearing too much from the high street, though if I do I like to adapt it and make it my own.

I love to wear clothes that provoke a reaction. Though I think soon enough I'm going to have to grow up and start wearing my clothes from M&S

I wasn't a massive fan of that whole baseball jacket thing. I did like those blazer/cardigan things that they had over winter but I got the one I have from New Look (staff discount ahoy). Otherwise, yea Topman sucks.

One thing I do hate about mens fashion atm is there's no real nice shirts about. Aside from checkered shirts (which are really overdone) the only nice ones I've seen about are denim shirts and I already have two that I wear all the time. When I go out I just tend to wear a nice tshirt with military boots rather than a shirt.

I agree that checkered shirts are really common now. I really like them but everytime I look through my night out pictures, practically every guy is wearing a checkered shirt.

I love the military boots, they look so cool.

 I do love River Island but they tend to ruin shirts with some horrible logo or writing emblazoned across the back or breast of it. I haven't really looked at their shirts though, I normally just go straight for the tshirts! I love that loose v-neck they have in.

I have a fair few checkered shirts and they're great to just throw on but I just find them a bit blerghhhh nowadays.

The one piece of clothing I like most is my big fat Adidas Basketball shoes I got from America if i'm honest, they're not something you see here, so people tend to like them.

I only have one, but I've had it about a year so I say it's less blergh now & more vintage 8-)

You're right about the logo thing though I mainly find it on their t-shirts, not their shirts. I dislike that beetle thing they love so much :x

I have tried to stablish my "style" as much as I can but I just seem to think too much of what clothes I should wear and which I shouldn't and I take too long to think that I just end up wearing a messy outfit sometimes lol :D:D:D:D I'm not a fashion person TBH but I guess I do my cool outfits from time to time like everyone :)

I love punk Emo type of clothes, but I'm moving towards a more japanese type of look :)

(black long hair, fashion items, pale face) lol :D

I only acquired a hoodie last year myself...always wanted one, but just never bought one for some reason. Now I don't know why I didn't buy one earlier, its handy and its warm!

I love hoodies. Especially when they are a size too big. They can be really snug and warm. But I don't like wearing them when I'm out and about...it's sort of a "for the house" item for me. :P

It depends what you define as a 'Hoodie'. The ones with or without a Zip?

I like wearing a zipless hoodie, with jeans and trainers, just to hang around in. I hate wearing one if they're too big though, especially because i'm quite thin, I look like i'm being eaten by it.

I practically live in Topman. I love how extreme it's getting recently, it's almost like dressing like a girl is acceptable.

It has fancy buttons 8-) It's practically like a jumper form of a smart coat, with a hood on it. I have pictures that I may just post in the picture thread...

Josh you must be going to some special drag queen branch  If anything Topman round my way is becoming more & more staid - if only it did less masculine clothes (i.e. fewer dull colours & ugly print t-shirts) I'd be very happy.

Thankyou :D I just need to wear them in a bit before I attempt my 5 mile walk to work in them

I personally hate Topshop  Although I did see a nice pair of funky skinny jeans in the window the other day which were light pink with hearts on.

I really want THIS but it's out of stock. I sent asos an email asking if they'd get it in again & they said probably not, as they like to keep the website 'fresh'

Oh I like that and the price reduction was pretty amazing too.
Shame it's out of stock.
That's what I don't like about ASOS. By the time I have enough money to buy something they get rid of it!

:D Thanks. I'm quite shocked by it too - it was £49.99 last time I checked but they only had the largest size in stock at that point - they probably had to lower the price again to appeal to fashionably poor fatties

I generally don't like online shopping as a rule, but I've been looking for a blazer like that for AGES. Anyone know where I might find one now?

:o £15!!! What a bargain.

Damn.. now you've got me looking at their website. I rather like this

http://www.asos.com/Asos/Asos-Contrast- ... 1&clr=Navy

I've never bought anything from Asos though so I'd be worried about sizes.

:o Ooh! I quite like that. From what I've hard ASOS is quite popular - a lot of female friends of mine use it & rave about it so I'd assume it's not too bad with matching up sizes to those you girls are used to on the high street.
