I can't sure. but on the plaque of IASF, we can see difference between Gold and Platinum.

look at Sweden and others. sweden has short words and we all know IASF is Gold there.
you can see difference between Sweden(Gold) and Italy (platinum).
Also Austria and Hungary have short words too and as we know IASF is gold there too.

I find one thing more. it's about Multi Platinum. In UK, USA, Australia, IASF is multi Platinum. so they have longer words than others.
