I had forgotten all this time that the Slovak-Hungarian relations are as good as the Greek-Turkish ones lol. Anyway, you are just a few hours away with the train or car from Hungary, both countries are in the EU and Shengzen which means you can relocate to Hungary at any time, the Hungarian population in Slovakia is big and strong enough to not feel excluded and you live in a country with much better economy than Hungary so I don't see why you are complaining. OK I know there are nationalist mumbo-jumbo talk on both sides (especially from the far-right parties in Bratislava) but I don't think they are doing any damage to you guys (unlike the Romas which are really having to deal with racism), so perhaps you should learn to love both countries? Just saying
havent spoken a single sentence in slovak since I graduated from high (3 yrs ago) and never was good at it anyways, so your slovak is far better than mine lol
oh I dont complain that I feel excluded, 80% of my hometowns population is hungarian and Im half an hour away from HU.
just kinda horrible to see how a country was literally torn to shreds by all its neighbours. its been 90 yrs but still many ppl couldnt get over it. the constant fights between the nations dont help it either. knowing that a tragedy like this was the reason we werent born in our homeland definitely makes it feel worse for all these folks I guess.
btw you sound just like my mom when she goes "you should stop being so negative about this country and so stubborn blah blah" lol she has a point but meh
I never knew you're Hungarian
and again.. oh snap!
you must be a girl then ? a Mariah Carey fan guy in hungary sounds...pretty unusual lol
