Dunno about that. Methinks the height genes are mostly influenced from your father...had a friend in high school whose mum was tall and dad was short, she got her dad's genes in that regard. Then again, apparently my cousin's dad might've been short (don't know cos neither of us have ever met him), yet my cousin's around 6'0, as is my aunt/his mum. Go figure.

Actually, there's truth to that.
A person going through puberty should sleep before 11 pm for maximum growth becoz growth hormones are released before midnight.

It's mostly genectics, but ur environment does play a role. U won't reach ur potential height if u have malnutrition, no physical activies, and bad sleeping habits.
