I really want Chris's abs, Omarion's one is a bit too much.
I hate my stomach, I used to be a little bit fat so now that I have lost weight I'm still trying to get those abs but it's just too hard. I did 20-30 crunches everyday (well, not everyday actually).
I watched 'Secret Life of Your Body' at BBC Knowledge last week that we best do the crunches at 4-6 pm everyday. Most people think that morning time is the best time to work out but actually they're wrong. Working out in the morning could increase your blood pressure while working out in the afternoon could decrease your blood pressure.
