#17 actuallyMikerocha wrote:#19 isn't badof course it isn't a big success. But with two singles failing to chart on Top 20, I think it did pretty well. No radio support, her TV appearances helped her put the word out there. But like always, she started at #11 on Midweeks and ended up really low compared to Tuesday midweeks

That's wrong! The Official UK Charts web site and the BBC Radio 1 web site both state it's #17 and they're official.Supernatural wrote:15. At least it beat the #47 peak of Insatiable.
You honestly can't compare Nicola to Cheryl.Mikerocha wrote:sold 8,473 copies this week which is not that GREAT!Cheryl's both albums sold over 100k in the first week
Cheryl has her weekly X-Factor exposure to million viewers. Nicola has zero airplay and people on Last.fm and social networks (which is 70% from Brazil btwMikerocha wrote:^ oh, I knowBut it just so weird the difference of first week sales
Get it! Keep working NicNicola Roberts has confirmed that she has already started work on her second studio album.
The singer, who released her solo debut Cinderella's Eyes last week, explained that she will continue to keep making music in the studio for a potential follow-up.
She told the Daily Star: "I'm never happier than when I'm in the studio with my tracksuit on, creating music all day.
"I was in the studio every day for 18 months making this record, and I can't go from doing that to just doing nothing all day. It doesn't sit right with me.
"So every time I get a day off from promoting this record, it's on with the trackie, trying to get better as a musician."
She added that there are some songs she wrote that were unable to make the first cut and are now available for other artists to record.
"There are a few songs that didn't fit on Cinderella's Eyes that are just sat there," she said. "If anyone wants to work on those songs, I'd love them to have a go."
Roberts recently revealed that 'Yo-Yo' will be the third single to be lifted from her debut album.
