I might have posted this before, but it is amazing.
Dragon Age (cutscene at Ostagar)

Compare those two versions. Amazing!
Super Mario Athlete Ragtime
Super Mario Athlete Original
Dragon Age? PC or PS? Looks good, very Lord Of The Ringish.

RAG AIR!! (if that's the name)
Sounds so damn good on that piano. A classic tune.

Final Fantasy? :-?

I've yet to understand the magic with these series, what I've played and seen have been so lame.

:o :o :o Dan no!!!! Final Fantasy 7, 8 & 9 are all fantastic for me, so many side quests, exploration, fab emotive music, deep characters and storylines and much more everything you could want in an RPG! I also enjoyed FF10 but it doesn't match the Playstation 1 ones!

The playstation 1 games deserved all of the success they got!

I never played Final Fantasy. The graphics in some adverts looked stunning and I like the name. And I only play PC games.

I'm just being a snob!

FF fans have constantly been making fun of Suikoden fans, because their series got more famous. But I know I'll try them later on, the PS 1 games, because those I've played have been on PS2 and they've sucked.

There's this famous FF scene, where someone dies, which always ends up Verrrrrrryyy high on memorable video games scenes. Sad scenes in particular, which I don't find moving at all. I know I've not played the game, but it cannot match with the intimacy from... other... games.

As I wrote.. I've not played them completely because of this harshness between FF and Suiko fans. I'm always supporting the underdogs you know.

I've watched a few Persona gameplay videos on youtube, looks veryyyyyy different from what I usually like, and what's up with the music!?

But I'll try them all. But first.. Skyward Sword! 8-)

Wow FF is very underated on here! :o Yes I usually support the underdogs as well but some things do get the credit they rightfully deserve! :D

Yes Persona puts a very modern and fresh spin on the RPG genre, unique games they are - they have a wonderful anime style! Though they don't lose the vital ingredients that make a great RPG! Twists, immersive/mysterious/interesting stories and relatable complex characters, very cool games! In Persona 3 you have to shoot yourself in the head with a revolver in order to release your inner awakened persona! Cool! 8-) You need to get into them Vin! :D

Video game music is AMAZING :D

I don't have links cos YT hates me, but I adore music from these game series:

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney series
The Sims (the original, The Sims 2 music is nothing compared to the original!)
Age Of Empires
Civilization II
And of course... POKEMON! :D

You play Age of Empires? Awesomeness! x]

My favorite game music goes to *drum-roll*....GOD OF WAR.

The music is amazingly, high-caliber. It's like movie-music. So intense. But, I could never listen to it on a regular basis. That's just nuts. It's tooooo intense. I'm sure heavy metal fans could.

I played in Persona and Final Fantasy, but didn't play in Suikoden, because JRPG is very low popular genre in my country and very hard find any JRPG on PS2 or Xbox 360.

Final Fantasy (I played only in 4 games) :
1. X-2 (my favourite)
2. XII
3. X
4. XIII (very linear game)

Persona: all PS2 games and PSP-remakes are good.

Conker: don't play in original game, but Live & Reload (Xbox) was nice.

Age Of Empires is indeed awesomeness! One of the few PC series I've loved entirely. AlexZ - the XBOX version of Conker is shajt compared to the N64 game. There's really some big differences which weakens the game.

F-Zero's music is crazy!! I think the GameCube edition is the best, game- and musicwise.

POKÉMON

Epic series! The blue/red games are the best in my opinion, here's my favourite tune:

Lavender Town Poor little Cuebone!

Some of the youtube comments under this video was interesting and funny!

"When you encounter your rival in Lavender Town gary asks whether or not you know what it's like to have a pokemon die. Your previous battle with him was on the SS Anne, in which he has all the pokemon he does in lavender town with the exception of his Raticate. He is in lavender town is to bury his Raticate. With vengeance he trains hard to achieve his dream, and does, but only momentarily as you steal his title and praise from his own grandfather. You're the villain of this? game, not gary."

"apparently children? committed suicide because of this tune? :S" (is there really such a thing as "The Lavender Syndrome"?)

"Seems like a super depressive crystal castles style song...?"

"I? bet this is death's ringtone."

Wow happy you like Persona, it's possibly my favourite JRPG/Simulation game ever well it's the only game quite like that, that I can think of! yeah they don't seem to very well known, they are amazing though!! 8-) You should play Final Fantasy 7-9 (they are the best for me!) and Conkers Bad Fur Day is a must, the remake was nothing compared to it!!
