Surprised Arjona, Espinoza Paz and Cristian are still not certified.

Also noticed that Adele's 19 is lingering around at #40. That's 2 consecutive weeks for her with 3 albums in the Top 40!

We're currently living in an Adele dominated world. Portugal is finally catching up with Adele. :lol:

Unsurprisingly Shakira obtained a Gold certification 2 weeks after it was charted on AMPROFON. With Paulina 4 weeks after, the Gold certification is still selfish on her. :evil:

Sales this week are around 70-80% higher than in the last couple of weeks. So Shakira at #4 may have sold more than Paulina!

I reckon Pau's label will certify this album gold eventually.

Paulina Rubio fans rushed to Twitter and asked AMPROFON why is it their idol does not have a Gold certification yet, as compared to Laura Pausini's album, which debuted lower than Paulina's, but managed to grab a Gold. They even questioned the Diamond-certified artists (Luis Miguel and her archrival Thalia) and doubted AMPROFON's credibility. AMPROFON told them that it is the record label who asked for a certification, they only tally sales but if the record label did not ask for a certification, they would not certify an album. From then on, the solid fans of Pau stopped posting AMPROFON updates in Paulina forums in Univision.

Les explicamos: El Top100MX se hace con la info que nos dan los panelistas, una empresa especializada se encarga de realizarlo. En diciembre los panelistas se atrasan en la entrega de sus datos debido a la temporada navideña y es por eso que el Top100MX se atrasa

Basically either the retail shops or the compiling organisation are delayed due to Christmas. Pah.
