I think this is bad even for a novelty singles´s standard. Lambada and The Ketchup Song were way funnier. But its sucess is hard to understand considering its a song in portuguese and there isn´t an english version available. Most other novelty songs from exotic countries had an english version.

Might a German want to tell me how this happened?
I didn't hear the single on the radio, the singer didn't promote it in some way and I only saw a part of the video once late at night on VIVA... How was it able to reach No. 2 with these conditions?

This song became very popular in Europe, he also does not promote, don't touch the radios from Spain but is #1 for 6 weeks
