THE VOICE season 2 to premiere in February 2012 with Christina, CeeLo, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton as coaches again

NBC’s newest talent show The Voice is giving Fox Network’s American Idol a run for their money. The premise of both shows are the same as the goal is to find the next big pop star, the journey to get there are two different stories. Lets just say right now The Voice has the upper hand thanks to their four amazing vocal coaches/judges, each of who has a very successful music career in their own right. And now that we know The Voice has another season in the works, everyone wants to know if this past season’ coaches including Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green, and Blake Shelton are coming back.

Recently, NBC made public knowledge that all four would return. The network’s executive Paul Telegdy said this:

Our fantastic coaches were integral to the tremendous success of The Voice this year and we are thrilled that they are all returning. We look forward to building season two and making ‘The Voice’ an even greater experience for fans.

This is wonderful news for fans who cannot fathom the show without Christina’s and Adam’s playful banter, Cee Lo’s wisdom, and Blake’s humor. I enjoyed the first full season and I look forward to many subsequent seasons. Who’s your favorite coach on The Voice and why?

The second series is bound to be even bigger! I'd like them to draw it out longer this time, I actually wish they'd eliminate them in an X Factor style.

Robin Thicke and Alanis Morissette will mentor for Team Adam.
Kelly Clarkson and Miranda Lambert will mentor for Team Blake.
Babyface and Ne-Yo will mentor for Team Cee Lo.
Lionel Ritchie and Jewel will mentor for Team Christina.

OMG! Just saw Christina and contestant Tony Lucca, who was a Mouseketeer also! She was so sweet to go backstage and reunite with him for a brief moment!

He's very talented as well!
