This year I've decided to open a thread with my weekly top 20. So let's get started

05/01/2012 (Week 1)

Foster The People finally take the top spot with a song that entered my personal top 20 in July. David Guetta featuring Sia, who spent four non-consecutive weeks at number one in August and December, drop to number two. New entries include French singers M Pokora and Shy'm, Olly Murs, Jason Mraz and Sean Paul.

"Titanium" is definitely my favourite from your current chart - interesting to see from the commentary that it had been number one here both before and after it was at the top of mine!

I'm getting to like the Foster the People track more - it still seems to be hanging around the top end of the charts of some European countries.

Although I've much liked some of Avicii's other work, I'm not sure yet about "Levels". I think I'd like it more if it was completely instrumental.....

I actually prefer the instrumental part of the song to the "Good Feeling" part - it doesn't really fit in the song IMO.

Thanks to Sia, Flo Rida enters my top 20 at number one with "Wild Ones". Michel Teló's annoyingly catchy "Ai Se Eu Te Pego" enters the top 3 and the Black Keys go top 10.
