Finally, I have some time to post my year-end chart. Next week, things will get complicated but I'll try to finish this ASAP.
Overall, I really enjoyed 2011, musically.
In the dance field, I learned to love Dubstep. Amazing tracks by Nero, Magnetic Man, Chase & Status, Skrillex and so many others made by body tremble throughout the year. Katy B, Wynter Gordon and Avicii made my head bang all year long!
On the urban field, things were great too! Beyoncé released her best album and song to date, my favourite rappers released a masterpiece and Frank Ocean showed me simple is better, being my favourite 2011 artist.
This was not my best year regarding Pop, but Ke$ha, the Black Eyed Peas and Katy Perry had some nice tracks.
I only got into more alternative music by the end of the year, but some really amazing tracks were released by Radiohead, Bon Iver, 2 be Continuum and even Solange! But I bet 2012 will be my most alternative year ever
The best concerts I attended were, without a doubt, Portishead's, Kanye West's and Sum 41's. All so different, but so good!
Well, this was a really short snippet of how my year in music was like, but let's start.
Right moe, I'll post some songs that I really enjoyed last year, but never played them enough so that they could chart.
