Exactly the same here in Poland Albums are 4-5 times more expensive than in(for example) Germany, France, UK. That's why overall sales are very poor in Poland.

I can hardly believe that the album costs 72€ (=$95) there...

Noooo Timmy. arab didn't meant it literally.. it's like. for example..People in Germany have 3000e of salary monthly and CDs costs 20e, but in Poland month salary is 1000e and CD's cost 25e, so basically, they're 4 times more expensive in Poland.
You can buy 150 CD's with your month salary and they can buy only 40! p.s. Of course, those numbers are what first came into my mind in order to give proper example.
