Song-Superstar
Album- Fearless (platinum edition)
Songwriters- Taylor Swift and Liz Rose

Superstar is a great song!!! I love the melody to it. The way she sings is very sweet and there is just nothing really bad about this song. I especially love the way she harmonizes with Nathan Chapman its very good. I don't know much behind this song besides she really likes this guy and has been with him but he's moving away. I presume the way the song is worded that she is talking about someone famous who she dated but I don't know for sure either way this song is really great :D

I'm a little bit bored with this song, but I like Superstar, her voice sounds like beautiful lullaby, yet impressive enough :D
I think it's at the right place

I think Invisible and the other side of the door deserve to be at least inside the top 30. Oh well. I'm excited to see the top 10! :D :D

Song- The Best Day
Album- Fearless
Songwriter- Taylor Swift
The Best day is a song wrote for her mother about how much she loves her mom and her family. It is a very simple song but always makes me so sad because I can relate to it so much. Check out its video its just so cute :)

"Superstar" is forgettable, irrelevant even.

"The Best Day" is sorta sweet, actually. Weak, but sweet nonetheless. :)

Song-Innocent
Album-Speak Now
Songwriter- Taylor Swift

Innocent is a song presumed to be about forgiving Kanye and telling everyone to get off his back by saying that everyone makes mistakes. She performed this song at the VMA's the same night Kanye performed his song presumed to be about apologizing to Taylor called Runaway. It is a good song but I'm definitely more into her country-pop-rock sound over the soft-rock sound of this song but it is very well-written :)

This is a comment I found on youtube I think it fits what this song is about more than I could myself expalain its by kathyli1310 "A lot of people have misunderstood the song. It's based on the Kanye incident. She's just using his age and the VMA incident? ("32 is still growing up now") to give an example of how adults can still screw up, but it's never too late to turn things around. It's less about forgiveness and more about the person being described changing his/her life for the better."

"Innocent" is a fine enough tune but I remember being so frustrated when she performed it instead of "Mine", which was her current single at the time and could really have used the promotion. Anywho...life goes on.

Yeah I would have rather had her perform Mine too but it was a nice treat and I think its the only time she's ever performed it so we would have never gotten a performance if she didn't perform it there :D

cent is amazing and mature and the lyrics are some of her best! It's also very darkish, in my top 10!

Song-Sparks FLy
Album- Speak Now
Songwriter-Taylor Swift
Sparks Fly originally written about Jake Owen is a song about just this connection you have with someone. The original version was alot more country and the new version is more pop-rock but both are great in their own way. The new Speak Now version has some verses changed to make the song be more about a relationship she had with someone. Sparks Fly is a great song and everything but its incomplete without the change she added in the Speak Now tour which is why this song is only #33 if I included that it would be much higher :)

Song- Tied together with a smile
Album- Taylor Swift
Songwriter- Taylor Swift, Liz Rose
A song written about a girl Taylor knew who was beautiful but always felt like she was ugly and fat :/ she became bulimic and helped inspire this sad song Taylor wrote with Liz Rose to help that girl get through it. It is a very sad song but one of her best lyrically. I don't know what happened to that young girl but I wish her the best :)

Sparks Fly is great but the original version was way better! I think it grew off me a lot especially after the video....

Tied Together With a Smile is so amazing  but not her best ballad..

"Sparks Fly" is incredible! At first, I didn't get the fan hype around it but it grew on me and that line "I'm on my guard for the rest of the world, but with you, I know it's no good" just touches my heart every time.

"Tied Together With A Smile" is pretty good. The lyrics are fantastic, very relatable. "You're tied together with a smile but you're coming undone..." That line is brilliant.

I really like the tour version best but they are all good. The original is so country and I like that about it.

TTWAS is amazing but your right I think I have like 10 more ballads higher but I could be wrong :D

Agreed about that line its one of my favorites I can relate to it so much

I also relate to the lyric in TTWAS but not nearly as much as the one in Sparks Fly. That song makes me so sad though :(

Song-Last Kiss
Album- Speak Now
Songwriter- Taylor Swift
Last Kiss is a ballad about this relationship she had with a guy and how she never thought about how it could end. ITs very sad and beautifully written. These lyrics always give me chills.

"So I'll watch your life in pictures like I used to watch you sleep
And I'll feel you forget me like I use to feel you breathe
And I'll keep up with our old friends just to ask them how you are
Hope it's nice where you are

And I hope the sun shines and it's a beautiful day
And something reminds you, you wish you had stayed
We can plan for a change in weather and time
I never planned on you changing your mind"

Last Kiss is one of her most underrated! so beautiful! I love every second of it and maybe it's not as good as Enchanted and won't erase the fact that it's six minutes but ti's beautiful and has feeling nonetheless, in my top 15 atm

"Last Kiss" is probably one of Taylor's worst songs ever but at least it isn't LMFAO-type bad. :)
