Yes, it is. 8-)

Heavily influenced by Daft Punk & Justice.

Major eargasm!!
Yeah, my favourite track is GATE or EXIT which they have totally plagarised from Sleigh Bells
Also:
Theme of Safari = Cicada's "The Things You Say" (Dirty South Mix) [the beat; beginning part]

Animal Daydream = Washed Out - Feel It All Around

MiChi could release 50 singles a year and I wouldn't care 8-) I love her so much. She's one of my top 5 fave J-pop acts.

Can't wait for her new single. I hope this means a new album is on the way soon :D

I am so fed up waiting for a new Namie album  even an annoucement would make me happy!

OH btw fans of Saori@destiny (I think I'm the only one here :lol) but she is retiring. Bitch is only like 22 but okay. Sucks though :(

Also that slut HYNA that put out the Taratika single then disappeared for months, she finally put up a new blog saying that she got ordered by a court law to be frozen out of her label atm so she's trying to sort that out...

I love Kou Shibasaki. I really want to save up and buy all her albums. They seem to look expensive on amazon, especially on import. Though eBay seems to be the better choice price wise.

Oboro, Glitter, Sweet mom and Invitation are my favourite songs from Kou so far.

I love her! Her last album CIRCLE CYCLE is amazing, especially 'wish'. I also love her most recent electronic dubstep project 'galaxies' with TeddyLoid is also sooo good. She can do so many different styles :D

I love how After School has really adapted their sound to the Japanese market. Which is great for the Japanese and also for the fans of their Korean music, who now have something fresh from an older song.

Do any of you guys own any J-pop DVDs like from Ayumi or whoever? Cos I'm looking on YesAsia and I seriously wanna buy some!

I just set my DVD player to region free so I can play them, and I have the prices in NZ and some are quite cheap :o

But why the hell are Korean versions so much cheaper then Japanese versions? Like Ayu's Rock N Roll Circus tour DVD Korean edition is only $31.99 NZ, but the Japanese version is 95 bucks? :o

CDs/DVDs are all always more expensive than the rest of world. About 3/4x more expensive on average! An overseas version (HK-Taiwan/Korean version) is usually released a few months later than the Japanese release. There is basically no difference in content between Japanese version and HK-Taiwan/Korean version. Only thing is the overseas version will not count on the Japanese charts! Only the Japanese version will chart on Oricon chart.
