Thanks! :D Stronger will probably reach a new peak tommorow!

CZB wrote:I'm amazed / delighted to see "No Angel" matching the peak it achieved in my chart back in mid-2007!

It was my Record of the Month in February 2007 - it doesn't seem like five years ago! - and indeed was at number three in the first couple of charts I posted on page one of my own thread.....

I don't think most other readers will have ever heard (of) it, however!

Several other good tracks elsewhere in your chart - I'll be including "Love You Like A Love Song" in my top 40 breakers next week, for example - and I heard Dev's "In The Dark" in full for the first time earlier tonight. It seemed more tuneful than her other, more successful, collaborations.
Thank you! Well, No Angel became one of my most played songs of January 2012! I called it to my mind some time ago during listening to some old song in my music library. It brought back so many amazing memories... 2007, still can't believbe that it was almost five years ago! Time goes by so fast...
It's really sad that almost no one knows this recording. It's amazing, but underrated as hell :/

Great to hear that Selena's song will appear in your top 40 breakers and I hope that maybe next month it will enter your main chart. I'm also glad that In The Dark made good impression on you - I was not into it at the beginning too to be honest, but now it looks like it's going to be one of the best performing songs on my chart ever!

Dee1 wrote:Nice chart! Prefer here Adele and Katy :D
Thanks! :) Both TOTGA and SLY are going to stay on the chart this week. Adele is actualy the third longest runner ever and she's very close to double platinum certification (along with We Found Love).

Week 21/4 (01/29/2012)

Hello in the last chart of January 2012! Only two new songs this week - at 17th spot enters chart 'Talk That Talk' by Rihanna featuring Jay-Z and at 11th position David Guetta is back into Top 20 with his number-one song 'Titanium'. It's the second highest comeback ever since Britney Spears set the record on 9th October 2011 when 'Criminal' re-entered chart at 7th spot.

Top 5 opens Kelly Clarkson's most recent single 'Stronger' - the song rises 15-5 and becomes the Greatest Gainer of the week. At 4th spot climbs Sylwia Grzeszczak's 'Karuzela' ('Carousel') - Polish singer's recording is up ten spots and along with 'Stronger' makes biggest jump of the week. Up to 3rd position is Pitbull's 'International Love'. The track featuring Chris Brown reaches new peak on its third week on chart. At 2nd position places Natalia Kills' 'Kill My Boyfriend'. It's singer's best performing single in chart history along with 'Free' which also peaked at second spot. Will this track become the first Kills' number-one song? Well, time will tell, but this week nothing was strong enough to pull off Ewa Farna out of the top spot. 'Nie Przegap' ('Don't Miss') stays at the number one spot for second consecutive week.

Hope you like it!

This recording amazes me every time I listen to it even though it was released almost seven years ago. It's definitely Clarkson's best single she has ever released.

steophonic wrote:David Guetta, Kelly Clarkson and Rihanna are my faves. Pitbull growing on me too!
It took me some time to finally get into this song toobut now it's one of my favourite Pitbull's tracks! Thanks!

7/20! Thanks! It's very nice to hear that you like my chart. It really means a lot to me!
Also I'm glad that Titanium is growing on you and I hope that it will appear on some of your future charts!

Thanks! Yeah, I think that Talk That Talk is not Rihanna's strongest era too, although there are some songs that really sounds great.

Week 22/5

Three debuts and one re-entry bring the total number of entries to four this week. At 20th position appears 'Somebody That I Used to Know' by Gotye featuring Kimbra, at 16th spot arrives 'Kickstarts' - a 2010 song by British musician Example, at 13th position back on chart is 'Mama Lyuba' by Russian trio Serebro after 4 weeks absence and finally, at 10th spot Drake roars into top 10 with his most recent single 'Take Care' featuring Rihanna.

Top 5 opens this week the Greatest Gainer - this time it's 'Titanium' by David Guetta featuring Sia. It's the song's second run on the chart (it began last week). The track had been previously charting from October 2nd to November 13th 2011 and it had peaked at the top spot.
Up to 4th position is 'Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)' by Kelly Clarkson. The song reaches new peak on its third week on chart.
At third spot stays 'International Love' by Pitbull featuring Chris Brown. It's its fourth week on chart and third in top 10.
Unexpectedly, at 2nd position jumps Bruno Mars with 'It Will Rain'. The song reaches new peak (previously - #7) on its sixth week on chart.
Still, there's nothing that could hold Ewa Farna back from remaining at the top again! It's the third week at the number one for 'Nie Przegap'. The song has already tied with 'Hush Hush' by Alexis Jordan for most consecutive weeks atop the chart (3). Will 'Nie Przegap' become the first song to spend four weeks at the highest position? We'll see next week!
