100% was never promoted right heavily? I don't think it deserves to be called a flop. Even there was no proper music video. It's not a proper single imo.
Breakdown was a #1 as a part of My All single in US, it wasn't allowed to chart alone on Hot 100 because of pre 1998 rule. Outside US, it did hit top 10 in New Zealand.

After I read some sources, FLAM was released as a n urban airplay single only, it wasn't a proper release like Say Somethin' which was released offically as the final single of TEOM. Also, it doesn't deserve to be called a flop, with limited urban airplay only, and there was even no video.
