It's just a beautiful open space performance and when the violins start playing it makes me shiver :)

Whitney's daughter Krissi held a webchat last night. OMG, so much info. First of, she is very sweet, articulate and so down to earth. If you follow her on twitter you know that already. And she LOVES LOVEs LOVES her momma.

To much to write but some things:
Whitney will tour
she starts rehearsals the end of the month
she will be singing a duet with her mom
whitney is not doing Getting to Happy movie now
She will be starring in a old movie- a remake- comedy/musical - she is soooo excited about it
there are other major co-stars
yes, her mom will be doing music for it
Regarding 'getting to happy'- she doesn't know much- still in talks
whitney calls Mariah her lamb and they love her

lots of whitney info and projects coming up- I believe Krissi, her cousing Dionne Warwick, Kim Burrell and others will be at the 4th Annual Teen Summit in North Carolina this weekend.

so many people where in the chat, poor girl had so many questions thrown at her.

Some tour dates are:
Las Vegas, Chicago, NYC, Florida and Atlanta will be the last show

Krissi LVOES Loves Loves Prince
Loves Britney, justin beiber, demi lovato(friends with the last 2)
She plays the piano and guitar and signs- very talented young lady and so humble. She's definitely has a personality.

She confirmed that Whitney adopted a son, Nick, who she calls her brother.

She also said to appreciate her mom while she is here and not be like Michael Jackson where people appreciated him when it was too late and he was gone. They are both huge, huge fans of MJ.

Lots of another anectdotal stories.
Krissi loves the gays and anyone who doesn't can get of her chat. She appreciates peopel for who they are even though the Bible says something different, she accepts people just as they are- very profound little speech about gays, acceptance, friends etc

She doesn't have a favorite singer likes right now because noone according to her has a message to their music. She listens to her mom, Muddy Waters, Kim Burrell, Frank Sinatra, Stevie Wonder, Prince and Fred Hammond.

p.s she shared quite a bit and yes, Whitney nor she can cook- Whitney can only cook Spaghetti but they don't eat out alot- Whitney loves soups and she, Krissi is more of a vegetarian and loves Caesar's salads.

Aw, K is such a sweet heart! Do you think she'll ever sing? I remember Whitney saying she had started but they were waiting for the right time for her to be ready :)

yes, she says she wants to sing and act. She also writes lyrics. She said she currently has 2 vocal coaches. Ine is Jan Smith who also coaches Justin Bieber and someone else she didn't name.

To the other poster: I hate to give out her twitter as she is only 17 and so sweet. I really would not like to see people being mean. I didn't save the tiny chat link but it was her. She was on webcam.

She's going to N.Carolina to the annual Teen Summit conference founded by her aunt in law, Whitney's co-manager, Patricia HOuston.

Cissy HOuston, Kim Burrell, Bebe Winans, Dionne Warwick are some of the guests with the first singing. Not sure if Dionne will sing.

I'm guessing Whit may show up, she wasn't sure as she is in NYC handling business i.e tour/movie etc

What an album to leave us with, it's wonderful. Some people didn't think she'd come back with another album but she gave us this amazing encore for us to remember her by. One of my favourite albums. RIP Whitney!

Not at all just saying it because she's passed but even at the time I was pleasantly surprised at how outstanding the album was.

In a way I'm happy that she managed to make a successful comeback before she died,if it would have been released now people would say it did good because she's dead.

I was mad she didn't get Grammy nod but many people really loved this album. That's all that matters.

My absolute favourite Whitney album, with my favourite Whitney song - Nothin' But Love.

I just wish the album had more tracks, at least 14.

Out of respect for Whitney I'm not going to lie and say I now enjoy this album sadly I still don't like it, I deleted it the week I got it I think it was below her and a weak record, hearing how her voice sounded on the majority of the tracks also saddened me she no longer had THAT tone I don't even care that she couldn't belt like in her hey day I just wanted to hear that angelic tone. Million dollar bill however was a stellar come back single and I loved hearing it in clubs.

Same!

It got regular spins by me at the time, and I was hoping she'd release more singles and music videos (top of the list would have been 'I Didn't Know My Own Strength', of course).

Me too! I've just checked back to see what I had said when I first got my copy (I bought the import because I was so excited because the UK release was later) and I loved it straight away.

I know it sounds redundant but grouper6 (huge Whitney fan) hasn't posted anything since February 10, 2012, the day before Whitney's death! I wonder what happened to him/her. :-?
