Jordin's "S.O.S. (Let The Music Play) is amazing! I still can't believe that song underperformed. Many people hate the song or hate the fact they chose it as a single... but I don't! I absolutely love it!
Bring on the top 15!
It's such a perfect party song, I can't fathom how so many people can hate it.PosziMC2 wrote:Raise Your Glass gets so much hate! I love that song
I thought "S.O.S. (Let The Music Play)" was a perfect choice for the second single. I honestly believed it would've been a Top 20 hit without Jordin even having to lift a finger. Oh, how wrong I was.Noahh wrote:Another two fantastic songs! Raise Your Glass is very underrated. It's such a great party anthem and perfect to scream along to when you're drunk!![]()

It's been almost three years and I still can't get over how badly the Battlefield era went....phoenix98 wrote:"S.O.S" = great. definitely one of Jordin's best singles (and best songs overall, actually). such a pity that it totally flopped (well, at least in the US) and killed any momentum that Battlefield had.
"Raise Your Glass" = also great. not quite one of P!nk's absolute best singles, but still very catchy and a lot of fun. didn't realize this one had been such a beast on your daily chart!
You'd think that after almost three years, you'd change your opinion about it, but no, you still hate it.abi wrote:"S.O.S" is waaaaaaay too high. I don't it's in my top 15 of Jordin either.
I'm surprised that you call "I Wanna Go" overrated as "Till The World Ends" got lots more love this era.Tripolis wrote:Super Bass = definitely one of the finest rap tunes of 2011 (mixture of pop-rap actually), and it's Nicki's best by far...
I Wanna Go = overrated as hell, sadly. it's catchy, but after awhile, I got totally bored of this. the video didn't help either, and it's easily the weakest of the four "Femme Fatale" singles, in my opinion.
Not Afraid = one of Eminem's best tracks along with "Love The Way You Lie". great song, great lyrics, great rap. what more can I say? that's what I expect Eminem to do, anyway.
S.O.S = the only song I know of Jordin and it isn't that good, sadly.
Raise Your Glass = not my favourite Pink track, I prefer "Perfect" to this, though this is good as well. it's a great party/club-banger. was hot back in 2010/2011
I'm glad you like those two.Tiger wrote:#17.
Jordin Sparks - S.O.S. (Let The Music Play)
#16.
P!nk - Raise Your Glass
P!nk is better

I agree with "Tik Tok" being overrated, but "Telephone" is just phenomenal so it deserves all the praise it gets.Spartan wrote:Telephone and Tik Tok are both great, but both a bit overrated!![]()
Raise Your Glass is really awesome.
Is the song that good or are the others just that bad?PosziMC2 wrote:I've would never thought once I would say Ke$ha is the best in any bunch

I didn't hear "Tik Tok" two months or so after its release but the song quickly grew on me...then eventually grew off.Noahh wrote:Tik Tok is such an party anthem. I was addicted to the song when it came out! It's still a song that gets everyone wild and crazy at parties/clubs!![]()
Telephone is amazing! One of the best pop collaborations ever and maybe my favorite Lady Gaga single. The video is awesome too!
If I Had You is one of my favorite Adam Lambert songs. I'm not a huge fan of him but he does have some amazing songs!
Interestingly enough, I actually liked "Tik Tok" on the first listen. I thought it was catchy.phoenix98 wrote:ah, I remember first reading about "TiK ToK" here on UKMix, so I checked out the preview clip on iTunes (I'm pretty sure that was back when they were only 30 seconds)...and I thought it was absolutely unlistenableobviously, my opinion has changed, but I totally agree that Ke$ha's done better than "TiK ToK" ("Your Love Is My Drug", "Take It Off").
"Telephone" = epic. and the last Gaga video that I watched all the way through and actually wanted to watch again!
Well, hopefully, you'll find one of the two songs to be revealed next amazing.Tiger wrote:#15.

Both fine, not amazing
It's simply epic.stevyy wrote:telephone is great <3

Lovin' the shade, Matt.PosziMC2 wrote:* the others are just that BAD
You Belong with Me is cute <3
Unfortunately, I think there's only one song in my Top 10 that you'll like, Bill.crazycrazy wrote:Even though Tik Tok is horrible is undoubtedly catchy!![]()

I like Adam's one too.
You'll find out soon enough.Noahh wrote:You Belong With Me is such a great pop record. I remember being quite surprised to hear such a song from Taylor. She definitely grabbed my attention with it. I think it might be my favorite song by her!
Criminal is simply beautiful. It's one of the best from Femme Fatale and I absolutely love the video. The single should've smashed worldwide and it's saddening to think this was a huge flop. Maybe if she promoted it it would've done better!
I can't wait to see the top 10! They must all be amazing! Also very curious to find out what all the Rihanna songs will be...
Britney's voice in "Criminal" is ace and that flute is just...amazing.phoenix98 wrote:"why can't you seeeeeeeeeee, you belong with me?"
fabulous! one of Taylor's all-time best! I definitely miss the days when Taylor had country AND pop radio-crossover smashes like YBWM and LS.
I'm a bit surprised to see "Criminal" so high. I knew you liked it, but I didn't realize how much! and there's still gonna be two more FF singles in the Top 10? then again, I keep forgetting just how much you absolutely love FF...so I shouldn't be surprised. any rate, "Criminal" was definitely a slow-burner for me, but I really love it now too.
"and he's got my name tattoo'ed on his arm, his lucky charm..."
As Kelly Clarkson said, "I forgive you."swiftie13 wrote:I like all of the top 15 so far! YBWM is overated as can be!!!!but it is a good song but still FARRR from her best in my opinion, regardless it made me a stronger fan as well...cant wait to see the top 10 and I've been busy lately.. sorry
Well, let's not forget that this Ultimate Chart is based on my Daily Top 20 and as you all know, Britney's been an ever-present figure there in 2011 especially.Tiger wrote:#12.
Taylor Swift - You Belong With Me

Britney Spears - Criminal
Wow Britney Spears' song is awfully high for an all time chart
Funny you should say that about "Whataya Want From Me"...Tripolis wrote:TiK ToK - grossly overrated (in terms of chart success) but a great party song. it's a decent song and was extremely massive in 2010. i don't rate this song now as my musical tastes have changed tremendously since 2010.
Telephone - One of Lady Gaga and Beyoncé's best songs ever. It ranks 2nd on my Lady Gaga songs list (behind "The Edge Of Glory") and 6th on my Beyoncé list. One of the best songs of 2010 and it's video is one of the best by both artists. Deserved to be a bigger success worldwide. It's so undeniably catchy and I still am not bored of this despite overplaying it.
If I Had You = Whataya Want From Me >>>>
Criminal = One of my favourite Britney singles ever, and my favourite from her since "Toxic". It's so grossly underrated and (wrongly) overshadowed by "I Wanna Go" and "Till The World Ends". Should have been a #1 hit for Britney as it's a change from her usual style and the video is explicit, yes, but it's great and creative.
(And half of your top 10 is Rihanna? I can't!!!)
