Another two fantastic songs! Raise Your Glass is very underrated. It's such a great party anthem and perfect to scream along to when you're drunk!

Jordin's "S.O.S. (Let The Music Play) is amazing! I still can't believe that song underperformed. Many people hate the song or hate the fact they chose it as a single... but I don't! I absolutely love it! :D

Bring on the top 15! 8-)

"S.O.S" = great. definitely one of Jordin's best singles (and best songs overall, actually). such a pity that it totally flopped (well, at least in the US) and killed any momentum that Battlefield had.

"Raise Your Glass" = also great. not quite one of P!nk's absolute best singles, but still very catchy and a lot of fun. didn't realize this one had been such a beast on your daily chart!

Super Bass = definitely one of the finest rap tunes of 2011 (mixture of pop-rap actually), and it's Nicki's best by far...

I Wanna Go = overrated as hell, sadly. it's catchy, but after awhile, I got totally bored of this. the video didn't help either, and it's easily the weakest of the four "Femme Fatale" singles, in my opinion.

Not Afraid = one of Eminem's best tracks along with "Love The Way You Lie". great song, great lyrics, great rap. what more can I say? that's what I expect Eminem to do, anyway.

S.O.S = the only song I know of Jordin and it isn't that good, sadly.

Raise Your Glass = not my favourite Pink track, I prefer "Perfect" to this, though this is good as well. it's a great party/club-banger. was hot back in 2010/2011 8-)

I thought "S.O.S. (Let The Music Play)" was a perfect choice for the second single. I honestly believed it would've been a Top 20 hit without Jordin even having to lift a finger. Oh, how wrong I was. :(

It's been almost three years and I still can't get over how badly the Battlefield era went....

And yes, "Raise Your Glass" was a colossal hit on my Daily Top 20. You probably don't remember as it was overshadowed by some even bigger hits that are coming up soon. 8-)

I'm surprised that you call "I Wanna Go" overrated as "Till The World Ends" got lots more love this era.

"Not Afraid" is easily my fave Eminem song to date. Such empowering lyrics!

And yay, another "S.O.S. (Let The Music Play)" non-lover.

Ke$ha - Tik Tok

Image

Peak: #1 (8 days)
Points: 1,438 points

Back in 2009/2010, I was crazy about this song. Since then, it's grown off of me quite a bit. I find "Your Love Is My Drug" to be far superior. I'm also surprised that this ended up so high, and this isn't even the last of the surprises. This is the only Ke$ha song to crack my Top 20.

#14.

Lady Gaga ft. Beyoncé - Telephone

Image

Peak: #1 (12 days)
Points: 1,537 points

Now, this is one of those songs that I've played countless times and still haven't grown tired of. Gaga and Bey's collaboration was expectedly epic, especially Bey's rap verse. The music video was...not quite as impressive, but it did help propel the song back to #1 on my Daily Top 20 where it would reign for an impressive twelve days. This song would also go on to rank at #5 on my year-end 2010 singles countdown. Fittingly, this is the highest entry for both Gaga and Bey.

#13.

Adam Lambert - If I Had You

Image

Peak: #1 (12 days)
Points: 1,629 points

One of my summer jams of 2010, this song is the first of two of Adam Lambert entries in my Top 20. Perhaps his catchiest song to date, it reigned for an impressive twelve days at #1 and was even my "Birthday #1" in 2010. It managed an impressive #10 rank on my year-end 2010 singles countdown.

Tik Tok is such an party anthem. I was addicted to the song when it came out! It's still a song that gets everyone wild and crazy at parties/clubs! 8-)

Telephone is amazing! One of the best pop collaborations ever and maybe my favorite Lady Gaga single. The video is awesome too! :D

If I Had You is one of my favorite Adam Lambert songs. I'm not a huge fan of him but he does have some amazing songs! 8-)

ah, I remember first reading about "TiK ToK" here on UKMix, so I checked out the preview clip on iTunes (I'm pretty sure that was back when they were only 30 seconds)...and I thought it was absolutely unlistenable  obviously, my opinion has changed, but I totally agree that Ke$ha's done better than "TiK ToK" ("Your Love Is My Drug", "Take It Off").

"Telephone" = epic. and the last Gaga video that I watched all the way through and actually wanted to watch again! ;)

I agree with "Tik Tok" being overrated, but "Telephone" is just phenomenal so it deserves all the praise it gets.

I didn't hear "Tik Tok" two months or so after its release but the song quickly grew on me...then eventually grew off.

"Telephone" is definitely one of Gaga's best singles. I'd say "Bad Romance" is the only single that's better.

"If I Had You" is probably my all-time fave Adam song. That or "For Your Entertainment". I can never choose between those two.

Interestingly enough, I actually liked "Tik Tok" on the first listen. I thought it was catchy.

The video for "Telephone" is far too lengthy for my attention span. The only person I care to see a nine-minute video from is Britney.

Taylor Swift - You Belong With Me

Image

Peak: #1 (6 days)
Points: 1,692 points

Secretly, I was hoping for a Taylor Swift song to rank at #13 since that is Ms. Swift's lucky number, but #12 is close enough. Released long before my Daily Top 20 Chart's inception, this song still managed to be a big hit peaking at #1 for 6 days. Being the song that made me fall in love with Taylor and dive into her music, I have a special connection to this track. Taylor's got one last entry left. Could that be my Ultimate #1?

#11.

Britney Spears - Criminal

Image

Peak: #1 (5 days)
Points: 1,751 points

Narrowly missing out on the Top 10 is Brit Brit's latest single release, "Criminal". I had liked it initially but it wasn't until the summer of 2011 that I really fell in love with it. When it was released, I was so sure that it'd be a huge UK hit for her. But I was wrong. Regardless, it was a hit on my Daily Top 20 where it peaked for 5 days at #1 and went on to be one of Britney's most stable hits. She's got two Femme Fatale singles left. Just how high did they manage to rank?

I hope you guys are taking note of the fact that the artist with the most Top 20 entries (Rihanna) hasn't had a single song fall yet.

What does that mean? It means that half of my Ultimate Top 10 songs belong to Rihannna! :o

You Belong With Me is such a great pop record. I remember being quite surprised to hear such a song from Taylor. She definitely grabbed my attention with it. I think it might be my favorite song by her! :)

Criminal is simply beautiful. It's one of the best from Femme Fatale and I absolutely love the video. The single should've smashed worldwide and it's saddening to think this was a huge flop. Maybe if she promoted it it would've done better! :(

I can't wait to see the top 10! They must all be amazing! Also very curious to find out what all the Rihanna songs will be... 8-)

fabulous! one of Taylor's all-time best! I definitely miss the days when Taylor had country AND pop radio-crossover smashes like YBWM and LS.

I'm a bit surprised to see "Criminal" so high. I knew you liked it, but I didn't realize how much! and there's still gonna be two more FF singles in the Top 10? then again, I keep forgetting just how much you absolutely love FF...so I shouldn't be surprised. any rate, "Criminal" was definitely a slow-burner for me, but I really love it now too.

TiK ToK - grossly overrated (in terms of chart success) but a great party song. it's a decent song and was extremely massive in 2010. i don't rate this song now as my musical tastes have changed tremendously since 2010.

Telephone - One of Lady Gaga and Beyoncé's best songs ever. It ranks 2nd on my Lady Gaga songs list (behind "The Edge Of Glory") and 6th on my Beyoncé list. One of the best songs of 2010 and it's video is one of the best by both artists. Deserved to be a bigger success worldwide. It's so undeniably catchy and I still am not bored of this despite overplaying it.

If I Had You = Whataya Want From Me >>>>

Criminal = One of my favourite Britney singles ever, and my favourite from her since "Toxic". It's so grossly underrated and (wrongly) overshadowed by "I Wanna Go" and "Till The World Ends". Should have been a #1 hit for Britney as it's a change from her usual style and the video is explicit, yes, but it's great and creative.

(And half of your top 10 is Rihanna? I can't!!!)

#10.

Eminem ft. Rihanna - Love The Way You Lie

Image

Peak: #1 (4 days)
Points: 1,887 points

The Top 10 begins with the first of the five Top 10 Rihanna entries and Eminem's final entry in the Ultimate Top 100. Personally, I'm shocked to see that this ended up so high. It's most likely due to the fact that this was played non-stop in The Bahamas in 2010 and it was a pretty big deal on UKMix too.

#9.

Adam Lambert - Whataya Want From Me

Image

Peak: #2
Points: 1,947 points

The highest entry from a male artist, "Whataya Want From Me" comes in at #9. It never did quite reach #1 but was so consistent throughout 2010 that it managed to accumulate an impressive point tally here. This and "California Gurls" are actually the only two entries in my Top 50 to have never reached #1 on my Daily Top 20.

#8.

Britney Spears - Till The World Ends

Image

Peak: #1 (15 days)
Points: 1,977 points

Britney's second-highest entry, "Till The World Ends", comes in at #8. This was a shocker even to me as I find "Till The World Ends" to be the most overrated Britney song since "Toxic". Nevertheless, it was Britney's most populair Femme Fatale single on UKMix and I guess that played a factor in its strong showing on my Daily Top 20. Brit's got one more left, the favourite to win at that.
