but it looks like scarf, I watched the other pics of that event, and I haven't seen anything... and I watched her arms on performances she had those days... and nothing was there... and we know that she likes to raise her arms up while she singing...

but I read somewhere that silicons, we know that she has fake breasts... needs to be changed every 10 years, so it was kinda 10 years since her surgery... so I thought maybe she changed it...

anyway we never seen either her scarf... and is there any interview that she admits surgery?

I still think it's glue (adhesive for clothes). But only visible on this pic. She later might have felt smth was wrong and took quick measures. If it was a scar, it'd have been big news by now.

Wasn't her new single to be coming at the top of the year (that news was in December 2011). What happened?

I really hate her WHITE HAIR(wig, extensions or what it is) and red lips, would love a more natural look, not this "plastic look" that she is rockin' the last years. And in some of her songs she goes out of her range and just screams. More control would be better for her and for me!

I hope she delivers with this new album!
