It was just so, so fresh. Right up there with Daydream and Butterfly, IMO.

I really hope she delivers with her next album. I know she can, it's just a matter of if she really wants to. She needs to reinvent her image and music like she did with Butterfly and TEOM.

I think it is flawless. It just has a certain freshness/extra something that, 15 years into an artist's career, we simply don't get all the time. She took her creativity someplace else with that album. It will ALWAYS be my baby, for more reasons that one.

To me it's a bit much to expect she's going to sound better this era than during TEOM. She doesn't need to get near that level to slay the game vocally! :lol:

I don't think she will get near the level of TEOM vocally, and she doesn't to for the music to be good. I know the studio vocals will be good though, and then i hope she will do better vocals live than during MOAIA, which i believe she will...

As long as the music is good i'm good :wink:

Though it would be amazing to see the next album hit 2xplatinum, but that's alot to ask for, so i will set my expectations for now for a gold certification. On the other hand it's also hard to imagine her getting less than that!

It just all depends on how good the music is! I do think she will sound the best she has done on a record since TEOM!

Yes I agree! Although I think her vocals were great on mc2, I think the music itself was lacking "depth" (even though she said it was more of a "fun" album) it didn't really do much for me.

yeah I think they meant today, too. If it's tomorrow I'm gonna be pissed. I think I have a feeling she's going to announce the name of the new single.
