Dunno why it is that so rarely does a host strictly follow the rules. Are they afraid of being called "the bad guy"? I'd gladly take that role, mind you.

I understand that disqualifying a player is inconvenient for the course of the game, but it must be already March where some of the contestants live, and yet we still have no results. Sorry for ranting, but this seems to happen all the more often lately.

ok, these are the results although personally i am in real doubt if xtofer was the one who voted with his name. So, unless xtofer confirms he was indeed the one who voted in the next 2 days, his vote and his entry will be disqualified

Wow, I managed to snatch a Top 3 position again, thank you all who voted for New Zealand!

I'm shocked Iceland ended up in the bottom 3, it was by far my favourite song in the contest.

I'm quite satisfied with the winner, even though I think it was a bit predictable.

Listened: Liked Canada. Finland (i know them for a great remix of OMD) and Denmark OK. Didn't expect Denmark to win.

Will take part next month if i can get a country i want.

Congratulations Chris975! Your entry was indeed good and I liked it, so I'm glad you won. Anyway, I liked the Ukrainian entry better. I was hoping to see it win as it's a risky bet because it's not the typical pop song that tends to win.

As for my entry, 22th place is lower than I expected, but I wasn't convinced it was a winning song, so I'm not disappointed at all for coming this low

NZ was who I predicted to win....it seemed obvious, the song has been a bit of a hit throughout Europe & of course, I'm biased because Brooke Fraser is one of my faaaaaaaaaaaavourite artists and Something In The Water is one of my favourite songs of her's. She was always going to get my 12 points this month, but if Brooke hadn't been entered, my 12 would've gone to Czech Republic. That song has an insanely catchy chorus & I still have it in my head!

Congrats first of all to Denmark. I liked it enough to toss a couple of points your way, but not enough to love it. Glad that won over Ukraine though, but I do wish NZ had've won.

Thanks to everyone who voted for Australia, especially Kuba (I knew it!

), Patrick as usual, ThomyX (yay!), Argentina (wasn't fussed on your song this month, sorry! Still

that you didn't get a vote though) & Iceland. Coming 7th is quite an achievement considering how bad I was doing at the beginning of the results!

I can't see the results, but for I can see, Denmark won (congrats, I voted you

) and Argentina received no points at all

I knew my song wasn't in the hype of this contest, but I didn't predict such a bad result... that song is a classic in my country :cry:

I need revenge, so I can't wait for March contest

more and more disappointed. Romania, Iceland and Argentina the last 3 tracks with the most 20 points, but Hout Couture with 52. :roll:

Overall, boring month (more than 10 tracks sound the same).

Right now addicted to Benin entry and to Canada (although I haven't voted it, thing which I regret).
The Japan one was absolutely genius. Also the UK onw was such a powerful track.

I enjoyed it very much (because I already knew it would end like that :lol:

).

I have just put the results in the history of the FSC page and you may notice that xtofer has been disqualified. That's until he confirms he was indeed the one who voted yesterday. Anyway, Denmark is still the winner but there are slight alterations in the other positions.

OK first of all biiiiiiiiiiiig biiiiiiiiiiig thanks for the votes for Algeria. Whether 14th or 16th it's a great result for a rai song. I have to say I was expecting midtable results but I was expecting votes from different people lol. I was counting on naughty and noangels, grybop and nyla mostly, in the end it was Latin America and Russia who saved me. Big thanks to wardo and marat for the 12 points, also everybody else who liked Cheb Bilal. Should I continue with oriental or enter something totally different?

I loved the winner despite getting only 3 points from me. I do like ethnic or non-conventional music more which is why it took so few points from me but it was a great song and a worthy winner.

Germany & Finland, can't believe they ended up so low, they were great songs (and I had no clue Nena was still active). I was expecting them both (especially Germany) to finish Top 10. 80s music rulez lol

Ukraine, another fantastic song, it was a pleasant surprise it ended up second, I was expecting to be the only one to rank it so high (and perhaps all the other people who voted it were expecting the same). I really wanted it to win

Brazil & Benin, the big ethnic moments of the contest, both of them great, especially Brazil

Czech Rep. fluffy innocent catchy song, exactly what pop should sound like

UK, great indie song, very happy it ended Top 10.

I also liked lots of other songs which didn't make it in my votes such as New Zealand, Australia, France and Russia.

As far as Greece is concerned, I think Demy is extremely pretty and talented and she is currently pushed a lot by the media. But I just don't like her music, sorry.

Finally about shortie and hc5555. I am glad they seem set to remain in the game after those results because they usually enter with non-conventional songs. None of the two songs were among my favourites this month but both of them have entered great songs in the past and I am sure both of them will do better next time around
