One of my favorite albums of all time. "Song For The Baby" and "Brave" are definitely my favorite songs off it.

So...I'm super upset over the track for Kelis's ALIVE being sold to some random ass rapper without us ever first hearing a full HQ version of it.

But, in case any of you are interested, it appears that Kelis - Kids has also been given away, or maybe it was given to her? Either way, it's called "High Together" by an artist/producer named Siruismo.

The track's nice, I hope to be able to hear her full version of it in the near future.

The latter.

This Siriusmo track was coproduced by Boys Noize, who produced Kids as well.

He simply gave this instrumental to Kelis and Jean Baptiste to rewrite a new song over it, and the new song turned out to be 'Kids'.

I only found out yesterday about this album

I never liked her (only Milkshake) but yesterday I accidentally listened to ACCAPELLA and it was amazing

I've a question:

Is it normal that '22nd Century' immediately starts with her singing. It's kinda strange, there is no intro melody or something it's immediately her singing 'Welcome to the 22nd century..' .

yeah that's normal, the album is meant as a whole piece together and 22nd Century is the first song after the intro, which connect to eachother
