Not even such as big of a star. Someone like SIA etc who has the experience of both sides.

People keep coming for ' Paula and Jennifer can't sing'. It's slightly different, Jennifer has and can sing live whilst dancing amazingly. She's been in the industry for over 20 years as an adult performer, seeing the business as an actress, back up dancer then a star.

Paula also has much the same. She's worked and choreographed some massive stars and then became a star herself. Her forte isn't vocals, as you see how involved she gets with her acts, right down to the choreography.

The worst is the ' why do you have to sing, L.A. Reid and Simon don't' excuse. Then comparing their 'industry experience' to be on the same level as Britney's. Duration doesn't just = experience. Simon and L.A have crafted stars and successful media business which is eventually what the winners and contestants will become. Can Britney sign or coach an artist when in reality she can't motivate herself most of the time.

This isn't an 'anti Britney' as I love her and her music however much input she has just not for this role at all.

1. Britney's sold no where near 100 million albums. I do believe she's shifted that many records though or more.

2. Britney should hold out for the $16 million

3. Britney was an excellent live performer, even with the lip-synching. She has also sung live, and not always lip-synching. I think nowadays that has to do with her stamina. She's over it!

4. If J. Lo and Paula can judge the shows, so can Britney. Music-wise, she's been more successful than the both and her impact (as it relates to trend-setting and having others try to emulate her) has been seen for years among young white performers. She can craft a successful career. J. Lo CAN'T sing live to me. She's horrible actually. She's gotten better this LAST era though. Her voice has NO power to it though.

Louis Walsh, Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid can't sing either but they do have a lot of knowledge about the industry and what it takes to become a superstar. I think Britney has that knowledge too. She'll definitely recognize a true performer. So saying that she can't judge a show like X-factor because she doesn't sing live is just bullshit in my opinion...

Well Cowell, Walsh and Reid have always worked behind the scenes. I don't think people like Spears and Lopez are necessarily the best people out there to squash someone's dream of a recording career when neither of them exactly were signed on the basis of vocal talent either. What makes Britney and J. Lo worthy of music stardom just because they gave off sex appeal that some girl who almost sounds like Whitney, but just isn't quite there not?
