You shouldnt forget, that reaching Platinum is also a milestone for an artist. It is huge. MLJ saved this Album to reach 1m+.Timmy94 wrote:Let's not do it over...
The album looked like flopping at first and thanks to Moves Like Jagger, it's selling moderately/decently.
Calling it huge is just a big mistake looking at its sales and its chart run, especially compared to the band's last 2 albums (which I would call Songs About Jane huge and It Won't Be Soon Before Long successful).
They're soooo gettin' that #5 SOON!arab wrote:UK Top 150 Best Selling singles of the 21st Century

its not that crazy really considering the facts that probably 99 000 of those havent even bought the song at all. The scandinavian single charts is for more then 95 % based on free streamings. One free play counts the same as a itunes download and the if one person listen to a song 50 times, it still counts as 50 copies. Therfore, a bunch of songs in the charts are certified with multiplatinum, some of then havent even hit the top 10. So yes, its a popular hit here, but you cant take the numbers serious as its nowway near the same as in other countries based on Itunesgreek_boy wrote:Sweden
