It appears that she's fighting for a label to release this, as she has actually signed no contract.

If things don't improve, I guess that she will try and release it independently, or otherwise abandon such a release.

I'm sure something will happen for her soon, apparently she's filmed the video. But generally she is too much a talent not to be picked up, plus she has releases with other acts coming up.
