What was that album? I always thought that Abba's "Super Trouper" was the real best selling record of 1981 (well, November 1980 to November 1981), even if it charted at number two in the Musicmarkt's annual ranking (based on points). It sold nearly 1,000,000 copies if I remember well.

He means "QE2" by Mike Oldfield which was number one on the (points-based) year-end chart despite the fact that it only peaked at number 17 on the combined album chart (and at number 12 on the regular album chart).
