Who is your favorite member of...Steps?

Is there a thread about this? Hope it's allowed. Don't know which section to put this thread.
So, any boybands/girlbands will get mentioned, and you pick your favorite member of the band and if you may explain why. At the end, group member with the most votes will be revealed.

I personally don't see why we can't have this thread... but I'd say it's Mad About Music rather than This n That myself.

If I was basing this based on how much I've liked each member over the time they've been in the group (which I am doing) and not giving greater weighting to those who were in it for longest, I'm going to have to go out on a limb and say...

Siobhan Donaghy

I felt most of their best material was in her period, and I really liked her solo stuff as well - especially "Twist of Fate"

Yes but can I just say this is about favourite members, so if people could spend time bigging people up rather than slagging the others off, that'd be great!

I like most of them to a degree, Mutya and Amelle have really distintive, rich tones. I do love Heidi but in terms of who I think is the greatest vocalist and is the most natural popstar, Jade Ewen

Thanks for allowing this thread opened, I was confused where to put this. If it's more Mad About Music, thanks for removing this to the right section.

Anyway, i always like Siobhan since the early days of Sugababes. She's still the most beautiful from the band. But i don't like any of her solo materials though.

Heidi Range has always been my favourite member, but my order of preference has always changed. I always thought she was beautiful and admired her for vocals and always seemed sweet and polite and tries so hard not to insult anyone. It really contrasted well with Mutya's swag and Keisha's angelic attitude.

I'd consider Siobhan, Mutya and Keisha as role models as well as Heidi. Jade and Amelle are cool too.

My favourite is Siobhan. Mainly because of her brilliant 'Ghosts' solo album. My ranking would be:

1. Siobhan
2. Jade
3. Amelle
4. Heidi
5. Keisha (wanted a solo album sooner)
6. Mutya (Big Brother

Having said that I am really looking forward to the original Sugas coming back.

She's always been my favourite ever since I got into the Babes cos I became a fan just after she joined 8-)

She's so pretty, sweet and a great singer. She frequently has the best parts on Babes songs and her lead vocal track on Three (Sometimes <3) is the best thing on the album.

My ranking:

#1 - Heidi
#2 - Amelle
#3 - Mutya (cos she's unintentionally hilarious at times :lol:

#5 - Siobhan
#6 - Keisha (never liked her)
