Only Girl and S&M yes, but We Found Love??? a whole different style imo
Well true, i only included it because it's a dance song, and i was talking about them :)

Just heard the bonus tracks, Va Va Voom is great while Masquerade is meeh...

What is Masquerade even about? Being yourself? The lyrics don't make any sense

The album's a far cry from the virtually flawless Pink Friday, but there are some hot jams on this record. I really like "Roman Holiday", "Pound The Alarm", "Starships", and "Automatic". "Right By My Side" remains my fave, though. 8-)

Not sure what to think of the album on first listen...I love Starships but think the second half of the album is Europop overkill and the first half just isn't melodic enough...I'm sure certain tracks will grow on me after a few more listens.

Isn't 'Va Va Voom' lined up as the next single? Being just on the deluxe edition doesn't mean anything these days.

Super Bass was also on the deluxe edition, so Va Va Voom could be really the next single. Would be a good choice but... there are SO many good songs on this album!

I've only listened to 3 songs of this era so far. In terms of creativity I definitely prefer Roman Holiday over Pound The Alarm and Marilyn Monroe. It is crazy, fun and a tad disturbing. Something that Lady GaGa would do.

Marilyn Monroe is the weakest of them three. It has a pretty nice chorus, but it is far away from striking.

Roman Holiday | 9/10
Pound The Alarm | 8/10
Marilyn Monrie | 6/10

Is there more "Roman Holiday" material on that album? This is by far her most interesting song to date. Whether you like it or not, it catches attention.
