One thing I've noticed about Yoko in the past 15-20 years is that the woman actually grows more attractive the older she gets.

I mean, people treat her like she intentionally broke up the Beatles and killed John herself or something.

Without really getting into it... Beatle fans see Paul and John as gods and have a hard time accepting that both of them were egomaniacs and control freaks and as they both grew as their own individual talents, one band wasn't big enough for their two egos (George Harrison was a big victim of this, his solo career started off so successfully because he's built up an impressive collection of songs that Paul and John rejected) and they imploded. But so many people prefer to believe the falling out was Yoko and Linda's fault just because both ended up coming into the picture in the last couple years of their time as a band, even though Paul and Ringo to this day say in interviews Yoko had nothing to do with the breakup.

I thought it was that simple. I mean I knew Paul McCartney had an ego, I knew George felt undervalued and mistreated and I knew John Lennon had creatively outgrown everyone else.

I'm trying to figure out what is it that's so hard to believe then.

yep, Paul and even John when still alive both admitted that it was a battle of egos between two "superstars" trying to be the official leader of the group (notice when Paul had Wings, they pretty much were his backing band as opposed to an equal partnership like The Beatles were). I think Yoko took a lot of heat, certainly more than Linda McCartney did, because she was this artsy Asian woman and people expected their rock stars to marry sexy blonde types the way that people like Mick Jagger always dated models.

also It's alright i see rainbows is pretty amazing.

Does anyone know when she is gonna release her next album?
I know that she was/is working on a new one.
