The album debuted at #2 and is rising coz of that song. Also Video Games charted without being a single which imo is impressive.

The first single is Blue Jeans will be released on April 8th.

It was physically released on 23th March (Single + Remix EP).

It'll (hopefully) climb up the chart as radio airplay increases, just like Video Games.

For any normal person that doesn't have radio airplay, I would buy some of these excuses. But for someone with so much buzz, an album that debuted in top 3, some high profile performances at AI and SNL and is VIRAL, this is not the case.

She doesn't have to "announce" singles, as no one needs to now. A video and performances is the announcement. My honest opinion is that she won't be that large here in America. But who knows what the future holds. She's an amazing singer, but her music seems so bland to me.

But, hey, if joao's theory is correct she'll start selling in the US anyways because she's "good music with a great voice."
