Season 2 premiere tonight on Sky Atlantic at 9pm for UK people!! If you haven't seen season 1 then don't watch season 2 yet!!! You will regret it for the rest of your life.

It is the highest rated TV show/ movie of all time on IMDb, with 9.4 based on 110,000 reviews. For comparison, the walking dead has 8.7 based on 109,000 reviews.

I can't recommend it highly enough! Go read some professional reviews and you will see what all the fuss is about..

Also, it is then most profitable show on TV at the moment.

Got 3.9 million viewers on the initial showing on HBO. That means it beat true blood and broad walk empires season 2 premiers.

It is HBOs flagship show for sure.

In the UK it got 522,000 viewers on Sky Atlantic, with no advertising campaign whatsoever. For comparison, Mad Men had a huge advertising campaign and only debuted with 78,000 viewers on Sky Atlantic! Seasons 3 & 4 will be confirmed by HBO later today...

Great news: it has been renewed for a 3rd season!

S2 E2 was great, tyrion and daenerys targaryen are now my favourite characters. It was great seeing tyrion send that douche to the wall. Also, was kinda sad when his sister was saying all that shit.

What a fantastic series! I HIGHLY recommend it to EVERYONE!

I've decided to check this out because of all the hype, and my God, it's bloody amazing!

I've already watched all the episodes and now I have to wait each week for a new one

so I've also started to read the first book.

The thing is my ex started reading the books and he's ruined the series for himself now. As it's so massive, every episode he'd start checking the book like a fool.

Well I plan to read each book as each season progresses so I've seen the first season I'll read the first book, after the 2nd season is done, then I'll read the 2nd book. I don't want to get ahead and know everything that happens. :wink:

In Portugal, they divided each original book in two, that makes it easier to read, despite being a little more expensive.
