I would like to learn Russian and Chinese/Japanese. I also know a bit of Latin, although I've got to say is the hardest language I've dealt with.

After German, I would like to learn hebrew... Love it so much, it sounds so good to listen to it, so I would love to be able to speak it myself...
If not hebrew, than maybe french...

I also learned latin in school for 1 year.. I had to take another course at university, because I was studying history.. so i'm a certified basic-level speaker of latin as well.
