The bus I took home got a radio that was playing 'Because you loved me', by Celine Dion.

And I was thinking... the melody is great, Celine's recording is impeccable. But the lyrics are so... meh! I mean, "I'm everything I am because you loved me"? Really? Poor thing, then.

They are saying about Rihanna how she sets a wrong exapmle and all in various circumstances but IF I had to take such lyrics seriously, Celine-in this case- should definitely be called out for wrong message, bad influence and mere stupidity!

^^ I remember as a kid my mum was crankin 'Banks of the Ohio' by Olivia Newton-John a.k.a. the goody-goody priss of pop music.

Anyways, the lyrics to that are straight crazy. She basically kills her boyfriend and dumps the body (on the banks of the Ohio, thanks for noticing) because - now, get this - because he won't marry her.

B*tches be crazy. NWA ain't got nothin' on this broad.

seriously? BYLM is an amazing song about love.

I'm more concerned about some of the more current tracks which are about alcohol-, drugs- and sex- - abuse.

Unpopular opinion: people ARE allowed to have unpopular opinions!! I mean, it's a little bit annoying when someone states opinion here, and bunch of people come and are like "what, not, how , joke" etc. This topic is called Unpopular Opinions for a reason, give them unpopular opinions a break

But it's also a topic about discussion & debate, people accept your opinions they just challenge them. Otherwise it'd just be countless posts of opinions = boring.

She's performed in over 1,000 of her OWN concerts this last decade alone, most of which occured in Las Vegas [the desert, effectively] - I think she's excused lipping a quarter of the shows.
