Björk Biophilia Survivor - MOON and MUTUAL CORE win

Alright guys & ladies, I would like to do the Biophilia survivor. We will vote for score, remix and album versions plus bonus tracks in three stages.

Stage 1 (starting very soon): 10 score versions. Best 2 will advance to stage 3.
Stage 2 (will be held somewhere between April and August): 17 official remixes and 51 unofficial. Best 2 will advance to stage 3. We will have to wait for all the remixes to come out to finish stage 2. The first remix will be released on the 16.4., and there will be 8 official releases in total spread over 4 months.
Stage 3 (will start approx. end of August): 10 album tracks + 2 scores + 2 remixes + 2 bonus. I would love to include Nattúra and The Comet Song in stage 3 as bonus tracks because they stem from the same productive era (- they do, yes?) and because their themes fit the theme of Biophilia well. What do you think?

I love your ideas, Chun, but I disagree about the unnoficial remixes - they shouldn't take part of it.

This will be a lonnnnnng and interesting game!

Originally I read on her website that it would be 2 mixes every 2 weeks but when I went to the products page I only saw Crystalline on the 16.4. and Solstice on the 30.4. That's why I thought about including some more remixes, because all this waiting is sooo long. What about including the reversed version of each track to go against the remix? :lol:

That would be fun. Yes I want to do this. It is kind of an unofficial remix but very limited, yet interesting. Kevin, what do you think? The reversed version of Moon is strong!

The survivor I was looking forward to the most is happening when I am taking a study break. Its like, the timing just couldn't get any worse.

And on top of that, its Chun who is hosting it, and we all know how much fun he makes it!

I was thinking of coming online for 5 mins just to vote every round, but I figured it would be impossible for me to control and stop myself from surfing a little more here and there, and definitely there is no stopping. So, with an extremely heavy heart, I have decided not to take part in this. :cry:

I trust you guys completely. You guys will choose the best songs. And to others who are exploring the album through this survivor, make should you completely experience the songs, the theme, the apps, the instruments, the lyrics and the music structures. You will realize what a gem of an album this is.

Have fun, and see you on 8th June!

Well, I am missing Stage 1 and quite a bit of Stage 2. But, thanks to the pace of this survivor, I will be able to participate in the Stage 3 in entirety, so that's great.

It would have been so much fun exploring the remixes and score versions with you all over here. Anyway, I should be happy at least I get to vote in Stage 3.

Nooo we need you you have to give it a try. I also did that with Approximately Infinite Universe and did not know one track. It's only 10 tracks, linked to playlist, takes just 10-12 minutes to do.
