First of all, I want to apoligize for making this thread here and not in Technology forum, but the main reason is that no one visit it and I don't think that anyone would mind... if you do, than sorry

------------------------------

It all started few days ago when my lap restarted on itself, but before that, THIS "thing" appeared :-? It's like that since then and it happens every 1h or so :x

It would be cool if someone of you could tell me what it is about before I even think going to service. Thanks. :D

Is it also overheating or just that screen appears randomly?

I don't know. I can't find out what it is that's wrong with it by just sending me a picture of the computer screen...

I remember you posted this in the Random Thought Thread.

Tell me: is your laptop the computer that had no antivirus protection...?

Think it's a virus. Can you actually get onto your laptop like your homepage? You could restart your laptop to a previous date, like couple months ago & it should be okay.

i actually had the same screen a week or so ago.. It never happened again but it shocked me deeply. I had to re-start my laptop aswell. I thought maybe, it was a picture that I downloaded that caused this. (and no it was no porn)..

since then I deleted much music and videos which I saved on my notebook.. and it never happened again.

Yes, it was overheating. You could make eggs on my laptop if you put some oil   Since this situation ocured, it's no longer heating like it did before...actually, it's really normal now, it's barely warm.
Also, my laptop battery "died" long time ago and sice then, it can't work without battery.

Well, I installed some antivirus, but it's outdated for 200days now

My PC gives me that screen quite a bit, but I'm never fast enough to actually read what it says cos my PC automatically restarts itself.

In my experience, it tells me it recovered from a serious error but nothing actually happens :-?

I don't think it's a virus, cos I get it and I have completely updated reliable antivirus software.

Some computers are stupid. Try defragging it? There's a option in the menu to do that. Is your hard drive running out of space? Maybe your laptop is overloaded.

If that doesn't help, you should take it in to get looked at :D

Aw the Blue Screen is my best friend! It usually happens because of issues with hardware drivers.

First thing do a system restore. Have added any hardware, or drivers recently?

Anti virus programs like Zone Alarm? This isn't necessarily caused by viruses, just an incorrect driver floating around somewhere.

I've had that screen a couple of times before...

It's either that you're laptop is overheated (you should probably know it if that's the case) or it is because of problems with your hardware drivers.

If it's because of overheating, did you ever got your laptop checked/cleaned? Because dust etc could cause overheating problems. It is advised to get your laptop cleaned/checked once a year actually!

Do note Serbi, this can actually be caused by an AntiVirus program. It actually happens commonly with the antivirus program Zone Alarm being the cause.

I don't know what defragging is, so it would be cool if you would explain me?
About free space...well I have free 18GB out of 60GB on C: and 79GB of free memmory out of 238GB on D: so I don't think that's a problem. :P

No, I don't have that anti-virus installed. :D
Defrag will be found on your programs under system tools. As you have never done this before it will take a long time to do. Shut all programs that are running down before you use it and don't do anything else on your laptop whilst it's running. This will make your system faster once done. Because what it does is clear up the mess that your hard drive will be in.
However I strongly recomend you get the free version of AVG anti-virus because your computer will be piled high with things trying to damage it. Also get Zone Alarm as the hacker blocker, that's free too! But you can't download them at the same time. One as to be download first, but I can't remember which.
Both your drive capacity and memory seem low to me. You can solve the drive one, by looking at the installed files etc and see if any can be deleted.
Not having an anti-virus and being online is the most certain way to turn your laptop into something that will be only good for your local scrapman
