The glam inspiration behind tonight's show was 60's inspired. I loved the creativity of the eyes, the fun carefree hair and the fresh color of the dress. XoXtina
Makeup artist Jake Bailey:
Christina and I have been wanting to do a sixties inspired eye and when I saw the Alexander Wang dress she was going to wear I thought this was the perfect time. Using a fine tipped rush from the art supply store I painted a cream liner from Shu uemura into a slight "wing" along the lash line. I then painted a black line into the crease and connected it to the tip of the "wing". Using the same brush and liner I painted another line along the bottom of her eye connecting to both end points of the winged liner. I added a shimmery shell shadow from YSL'S pure chromatics palette on her lid to add tithe graphic effect and add some shine. I finished the look with a strip of Ardell "wispies" I skipped mascara altogether a I knew this was going to be an emotional episode for Christina and I didn't want her mascara to run should she tear up. I created the coral lip using Inglot's lipliner # 851.

For Tuesday night's episode of The Voice, Christina and I thought a little color would be a nice change of pace from yesterday's black rock and roll look. We chose a coral and grey striped Alexander Wang dress. I paired that with silver snake daffodil's by Christian Louboutin. For jewelry, Christina wore a cuff by Etro, Earrings by Erickson Beamon and a ring by Stephen Webster. Hope you like it!

Today Christina rocked loose sexy bedroom hair . I started by using bumble and bumble white hair powder it keeps texture looking natural and undone and gives a white glow. We ended the look with aquage freezing spray it holds curl for hours . Keeps hair looking sexy and touchable.

Nah, I don't think so... if anything Christina would have to perform at the MTV VMA's.... and then American Music Awards... I don't think the material is ready for the Billobard Awardscroatiaxtina wrote:Maroon 5 and Xtina are nominated for Billboard Music Awards 2012
