Dutch DJ/producer trio Dash Berlin, currently in DJMag's top 10 of world's best DJs, are releasing their second artist album "#musicislife" on 27th April 2012!

Three tracks from the album were already singles: "Disarm yourself", "Better half of me" and "World falls apart". Links to the videos of the three singles plus "Apollo Road" in the below tracklist!

Apart from Emma Hewitt and Jonathan Mendelsohn on these singles, the most notable guest vocalists are Sarah Howells (known for tracks by First State and tyDi) and Shanokee - a.k.a. Penny McCleery - who was responsible for vocals on trance classics "such is life" by Rank 1 and "Home" by Coast 2 Coast.

01. Dash Berlin feat. Jonathan Mendelsohn - Better half of me (WATCH VIDEO)
02. Dash Berlin feat. Emma Hewitt - Disarm yourself (WATCH VIDEO)
03. Dash Berlin feat. Chris Madin - Silence in your heart
04. ATB & Dash Berlin - Apollo Road (WATCH VIDEO)

11. Dash Berlin feat. Shanokee - Surrender
12. Dash Berlin feat. Hoyaa - Aviation

The final track will be Dash Berlin's mashup (a so-called "dashup" :) ) between "Skyfire" by Shogun and "Man on the run" by Dash Berlin with Cerf, Mitiska & Jaren.

50 views and not a single response...? This is the new album by one of the most popular trance acts in the world - surely SOMEONE must be excited about this?

I find it more and more disappointing how you only seem to get responses if a song is either by Guetta, Gaga, Madonna or Rihanna, or when you post something that sounds electro-ish and people start falling over each other to be the first to slag it off... :(

The dance forum in particular used to be a far more fun and rewarding place a few years ago!

I cannot wait for this album. Majorly excited. World Falls Apart is an epic tune so I'm hoping for more in the same vein. Dash Berlins up there with Armin for me.

Just bought the "Go It Alone" digital single. Sounds good, but nowhere near as good as the previous singles with Mendelsohn.

I'll give it a spin but I generally don't like their songs, only the remixes.

I actually like "Go it alone" better than "World falls apart". I've never been too big a fan of Mendelsohn. i think he's a good singer, but somehow he doesn't have the voice for this kind of music.

Sarah Howells is fantastic on any track she appears on!

Also really looking forward to "Like spinning plates", the brand new Dash Berlin / Emma Hewitt collaboration.

Saw Dash Berlin DJing some time ago at a promotion event for Armin's "Mirage" album and I was actually more blown away by him than by Armin. While Armin was great, he was also very "calculated" ... the jumping, the 'spreading his arms', the clapping, it was all a bit... choreographed.

Dash Berlin, who played right after Armin, was just bursting with joy - you could just see him having a great time, belting along with the songs he played (we were only a few feet away from him) and when he ended with "Waiting", the audience just went wild. It was very energetic, and great to watch. Hope he stays that way!

Not a fan of Mendelsohn, and way prefer the Sarah Howells and Emma collabs.

Don't know why Armada have to keep marketing Dash Berlin as just the one person, it's actually 3 producers, only one of which dj's the tracks out. Pronti & Kalmani the other two producers were famous between 1999-2003 as the people behind Alice Deejay and Candeejay, and were supposedly once part of the original Vengaboys along with Danski & Delmundo.

Looking forward to some of the tracks on here, that's for sure :)

I think it's just because Jeffrey Sutorius, the third producer, is also the DJ and the one who fronts the live performances, and therefore he's the "face" of the project.

Several other acts usually write and co-produce with more people than just the "face" of the group (Blank & Jones, ATB, Armin van Buuren), but the DJ himself is often promoted as the main act.

When You Were Around featuring Kate Walsh debuted on A State Of Trance last week, beautiful track, originally done by Lene Marlin :)
