not good. Just when I thought our family and financial situation couldn't get any worse a news broke out. My mom who is working for the government (30 years of good service) is currently under trial for alleged corruption together with her co-bosses and head boss.
Ironic since we've been suffering from EXTREME financial crisis ever since my dad lost his job and our business establishments failed. My mom could easily steal MILLIONS of money and make us rich again, but of course we're not like that. Government employees have extremely low salary in our country.
It's all over the newspaper now. If we lose the case, we;ll have nothing left and I'll stop going to school.
LIFE IS SO FCKING UNFAIR.

I hope so. But the case is politically motivated by politicians who wants to put their fcking names in the newspaper and TV since the national election is coming soon. & my mom's head boss is the avatar of corruption, my mom will be dragged with him.JustForMe wrote:^^ OMFG!

So sorry, mate. Uncertainty is a disgusting feeling that we all face constantly (school, jobs, guys/girls) but situations like the one you're going through are absolutely frightening.
I wish you lots of luck mate - remain hopeful that whatever your mother is implicated with gets clear, but still plan for the worse (just in case).

I'm quite excited.))) I've got a part time job in the HR department of one the largest hospitals in the city. It'll be classified as internship while the lady whose place I got is on a one-year parental leave. They already told me there're only women there and they loove to gossip, quarrel and yell at each other if smth is wrong [which happens all the time] and my future boss's got a pretty rough character. A good start, isn't?
