Love the entries for Glee, their cover of STIUTK really grew on me. Great Whitney classic there, and Timberlake song is amazeballs!

Well, as I said already reaching 160 spins in a single week is not that 'easy' I think, don't have an idea what other song could make it that high. Exciting. :)

LastFm Alert:

Madonna has now overtaken Coldplay as my second most played artist of all times on LastFm. Coldplay still hold the record for the most played album with over 400 spins - the only album with 400+ spins so far - and they were the longest running artist at #1 - they stayed at the top for almost 6 months before being downgraded to #2 when MTV Unplugged by Florence and the Machine gave her the push needed to surpass Coldplay as my alltime most played artist on LastFm. I'm addicted also becomes an alltime top 5 entry on my LastFm most played tracks list. Madonna is now heading to become my most played artist of my LastFm era which started in october 2011.

MPS/A #17 of 2012

Frida Gold celebrate the biggest debut of the week. The German band broke into my midweek chart on saturday, winning the day and the next 3 that followed. Their impact, however, slowed down considerably over the past 2 days so that their spins totaled 137 for the week. It's the biggest debut since Coldplay's Every teardrop is a Waterfall in 2011, and the biggest German song ever --

Frida Gold celebrate the biggest debut of the week.....

1.(new) Frida Gold - Wovon Sollen Wir Träumen
7.(re) Madonna - Frozen
20.(new) Madonna - Little Star
I certainly wouldn't have been able to predict that as the German song that was going to crash in at number one! I don't actually recall ever hearing it, although it has already been in the German top hundred for about a year.....

The two old Madonna tracks are still as good as any of her more recent material - while "Little Star" was only a double-A-side that never got much airplay in the UK, it was her twelfth most successful song in my chart, peaking at number 10.

lovely to see "Little Star" debut! I rarely see that song get any love from fans, but it's actually my favorite non-single on Ray Of Light.

I haven't watched Glee at all this season, but I saw a clip of their "How Will I Know" cover, and I couldn't resist downloading it! it's absolutely fantastic. <3

I'm surprised that you're into Wovon sollen wir träumen and Still just now, because I'm pretty much over them...
Though I never got the overall love for Wovon sollen wir träumen, I think Unsere Liebe ist aus Gold was the way better single!
