The Anti-Gaga are already preparing for her arrival in Indonesia and in the Philippines. A religious group in Indonesia is now threatening action as her tour continues in Hong Kong, Taipei, Manila, Singapore and Jakarta before she heads for Australia and New Zealand.

Those pathetic people.

And I don't like how they brought kids into the action (as shown in the pictures) because I bet the kids didn't even know the problems and probably they might not even know who Lady Gaga is.

True, but I just love the irony of it... women who believe they are inferior to men picketing an artist who tells you to love and value yourself.

Honestly, I wonder if they and those in Korea have any idea when complaining about the LGBT content in her music have any idea that it is part of the reason why so many gay men adore the woman to the same extent only a handful of "gay icons" can compare to? They don't realize that I know gay men who would eat a grenade for her.

But truthful nonetheless - I've got many gay friends that would die for Gaga, judging by some of the things they say about her, or the extent they go to, to prove their love of mother Monster.

She's captivated gay men like nobody since Cher!

I don't understand the connection homosexuality/Gaga's music... OK, she has topics of tollerance and stuff in her music but it somehow sounds like being gay = loving Gaga's music and this sounds too stereotyped to me.
Just like enough straight (wo)men can love her music and gay (wo)men can hate her...

But it seems like it was indeed , cancelled !!!

@TheJakartaGlobe: 'Bad Romance': Lady Gaga's Indonesia Concert Canceled, National Police Say http://t.co/H4dzmmk2 #ladygaga #littlemonsters @ladygagaINDO
It's a sold out show that according to Police reports, will get cancelled ..:-? :-?

JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) — Lady Gaga might have to cancel her sold-out show in Indonesia because Islamic hard-liners and conservative lawmakers objected.

National police spokesman Boy Rafli Amar said the permit was denied for the June 3 “Born This Way” concert that was to be the biggest show on her Asian tour.

Concert promoter Michael Rusli had already sold 52,000 tickets. He could not immediately be reached for comment Tuesday.

Indonesia’s Muslims are mostly moderate but a hardline fringe has become increasingly vocal.

Some Islamic groups have protested the diva’s provocative clothing and said her sexy show will corrupt Indonesian youths.

Her concerts in South Korea were limited to fans 18 or older because conservatives raised objections.

http://entertainment.msnbc.msn.com/_new ... tests?lite

According to MSNBC, 30,000 of the 40,000 tickets had been sold (so it wasn't sold out yet) and the show will not be receiving the permit it needs.

So she won't be performing.

It is what it is. Western artists have often been banned overseas in some nations. As Indonesia has the world's largest Muslim populace, I can see why there would be such an uproar.

What is simple music to some, may spell deeper troubles for others. And it's not as simple as "don't buy her ticket if you don't want to see her" for everyone. Some people don't want "the trouble" in their backyard either.

So sad!
"Take A Bow"... Rihanna's ONLY ballad to go #1 on the Hot 100 (also topped the R&B Chart)... Great deed for her most epic ballad!!!
