Mit seiner Hauptrolle im Musikfilm "Berlin Calling" fing Paul Kalkbrenner das Lebensgefühl in der Berliner Clubszene ein. Bekanntester Song des Soundtracks ist zweifelsohne "Sky And Sand", der zum Wegdriften und Träumen einlädt. In dieser Woche legt der gemeinsam mit Bruder Fritz Kalkbrenner entstandene Track einen traumhaften Rekord hin. Wie eine media control Sonderauswertung zeigt, rangiert er zum 108. Mal in den deutschen Single-Charts. Kein Song hielt sich seit 1977 häufiger in der Hitparade auf.

Die bisherigen Rekordhalter DJ Ötzi & Nik P. müssen sich nun mit dem zweiten Rang der Alltime-Hitliste begnügen. "Ein Stern (... der deinen Namen trägt)" schaffte zusammengerechnet 107 Platzierungen.

Auf der dritten Position landen Unheilig, die mit "Geboren um zu leben" insgesamt 105 Mal die Charts besuchten. Auch der Weihnachts-Evergreen "Last Christmas" von Wham! (99 Platzierungen) und "Heavy Cross" von Gossip (97 Platzierungen) sind erfolgreiche Longseller."

What to expect on the Albums Chart next week?
There's no really promising new release for that week so I assume that Die Ärzte stay at No. 1 for a 3rd week.
Unheilig could stay another week at No. 2. Norah Jones' album could complete the top 3. Of Monsters And Men could head for a top 5 position (current hit single + the album reached high positions on the digital shops' albums charts). Marilyn Manson and Mandy Capristo could debut in the lower regions of the top 10.
Donots could just miss the top 10 and Lionel Ritchie could go for a top 20 debut (though he could climb in his 2nd week due to his performance on Wilkommen Bei Carmen Nebel).

JLo is breaking records again, big jump, close to Airplay Top 50, next week for sure Top 40 at least or even Top 30. "Dance again" is just perfect for the EU Soccer Championship time in June, then this song will have it's highest chart position, out on May 18 on CD!
