see which album would be #3 if they came out a week laterTimmy94 wrote:What would have been different if they were released one week later?
None of those albums would've reached the top anyway with releases of Die Toten Hosen and Reinhard Mey...
Propably Die Ärzte or Unheilig...theArmy wrote:see which album would be #3 if they came out a week laterTimmy94 wrote:What would have been different if they were released one week later?

I wouldn't call the Monrose albums dissappointing, I own all of them and they are all really good. There's no one of these 4 that is like Mandys solo work. Mandy made her music and tried to be herself. The only songs that remind me of Monrose are ,,Allow Me'' & ,,It Don't Matter''. It wouldn't hurt if there were 2,3 more up-tempo tracks, but she had to showcase her strong voice and she made it.Timmy94 wrote:Well the recensions on Amazon are already overwhelming and now that you are writing this, Grace must be really good... I own the first 3 albums of Monrose: They had some nice songs on them but as a whole, they rather disappoints. Is Grace different to them?
if that's what you think of the Monrose albums, ok - it's your opinionTimmy94 wrote:I wouldn't call Monrose's albums really good... It's that they sound like being a mix of several songs given to the band: It doesn't work as a whole and I miss what makes them Monrose's record... They could've actually been sung by every girlband which can halfway sing.
What do you think about how the album's overall performance? And I mean not fan-thinking but being realistic... Does it have the chance to be really successful or will it be an album that's doing OK just like the albums of many other former casting acts... And do you think they'll release many singles? Are there many single-worthy tracks on Grace? Most German artists are rather shy when it comes to release more than 3 singles from an album (what is rather normal for US/UK artists somehow).
According to Wikipedia Mina is Swiss citizen since 1989 and "Heißer Sand" is from 1962, so I don't think it makes it to a "Swiss" No. 1-songIndi wrote:I know why Bild wrote Vico's Kalkutta was at #1.
Because the books from Taurus listed Vico at #1.
Swiss artists at #1 were
Mina - Heißer Sand
Lys Assia - Was kann schöner sein
That's it.
I think it's possible, but not next week. But they should be in Top 3 next week togehter with Alex Clare and Die Toten Hosen.Timmy94 wrote:From a more serious point of view, Of Monsters And Men are caught in the upper part of all music shops for quite some time now - will this little Icelandish band reach No. 1 in the far Germany soon?
