Album down 45-65 on the Billboard 200; nowhere to go but down...

American Life dropped 49-51 in its 6th week (20,548 units), but then plunged 51-72 in its 7th week (15,764).

Madonna also didn't have much to brag about, as MDNA shed another 20 spots to dip to #65 as sales slipped another 30 percent to just under 7,000, leaving the album short of the 500,000 mark.

It will be very hard to reach even 600k in US. She might end ~550k IMO

I'm not sure. She'd have to sell another 140K to get close to 600K. And even if the tour helps, I'm not sure sales would be any more than 5K a week.

Exactly! The tour won't help that much! At this stage it's impossible for MDNA to match AL sales in the US.
Right now it has sold 456K in the US and 96K in the UK, enough for gold but platinum is almost out of reach. (It will need to double the sales in the US and triplicate its UK sales, no tour does that).

Yes we are already halfway through The Voice in the UK. She won't be appearing IMO as there has been recent publicity about Kylie & Cheryl Cole being signed up to play and no mention of Madonna

In Italy,MDNA is really stable;loses 1 place whit 1 new entry-Nora Jones #3.The estimate for six week is about 59.300,and the seventh week,will get the platinum.

at the Hard Candy and COADF numbers in the UK, makes you understand how little MDNA is selling compared to her previous albums there.
