Agreed

I liked "Here I Am"

but the overall sound was to"redundant",to the point where the album didn't feel like it had much space,change or variety.Also I'm over all that auto-tune mess,Kelly has a strong and yet gorgeous voice ..It's okay for techno pop songs and dance tracks,but she over did it a bit on this album, even though im aware that she wanted "Urban dance/hip-hop mesh vibe"

...Ugh!

Still she's finally her own star.So I'm happy for her

I cant wait to hear this Trey Songz collab!

Her next album will be amazing if she's sticking to R&B. The original Ms.Kelly is her best album.

Here I Am had alot of potential! I thought Urban would support Lay It On Me too, but looking back the 2nd single should have been a safer Urban choice.... I still think All Of The Night would have been an Urban hit, if it was released as the 2nd single!

Kelly is returning to real R&B music. She’s going in so hard with the R&B. Of course, she is going to give the Pop crowd what they’re looking for. But, she really is returning to R&B on this album.

She has been singing so amazingly and her voice just so pure. Her delivery is real confident now. It’s definitely a new Kelly Rowland. She wouldn’t even let me put autotune on her voice this time round. She was like “no, I want people to really get me”. She’s killing everything from the uptempo’s to the ballads.

My involvement with the project has been amped up to be more like how I worked on ‘Ms. Kelly’. With the last album, I only really wrote ‘Keep It Between Us’ and vocal produced her on like 4 or 5 songs that I didn’t take the credit for. On this new album, I am actually vocal producing the entire project. The album is coming together amazingly and she’s sounding great. She has a new confidence and knows what she has now, so it’s sounding great.

While im thinking about it,I want this next era to be FIIIIIIYA!

Kelly's stage presence has always been fun and spirited,but she's becoming more of a well rounded performer. Though the thing that bothers me about Kelly,is that you sit my girl down in front of a mic and let her sing a slow jam or a ballad,and she absolutely kills it, demolishes...

Though If Ms.Kelly starts moving around and dancing a lot..doing too much,she gets fatigued and out of breath easily.Ima need her to work on her stamina and breath support when doing uptempo performances and dancing at the same time.

If it was up to me though,I'd prefer Kelly as just a vocalist then an all around performer.she has a magic and soohting quality about her voice,that not even Beyonce,Rihanna, J-hud or any of her peers possesses at the moment.

This next Album she better BRING IT,and I'm not talking a whole bunch of Auto-Tune like her last album.Her voice is beautiful and radiant and powerful, yet soft and soothing(<3 Falsetto and head voice) without studio effects.

I understand her last effort was more urban and dance fused,but we need more variety this New era Kelendria.
