But Thinking Of You also wasn't such a massive and high potential song, therefore it did OK respecting that. It's not like she couldn't sing ballads or rather mid-tempos and have success with them, they just have to be really good. For example if she had a Jar Of Hearts or a Someone Like You, it would be in the top 3 within minutes .

A big no no. Katy HAS NOT the vocal power to sing Jar Of Hearts or Someone Like You. It would flop.
